Alexis POV:
I awoke from the darkness to screaming and panic, I frantically ran to the window to see approaching wolves, great! I ran down the stairs and boomed "all those who cannot fight get to safety you know where to go" I couldn't see my mate anywhere.
"Mark" I cried threw the mind link
"Right here baby" he whispered threw the link appearing behind me.
I cuddled him close pecking him on the lips, " I love you" I whispered, before calling the pack members that could fight.
"War is upon us, I suspect they have a witch with them, be careful men and women as we fight for our land, safety and pack" I paused for effect " I will protect you all for as long as I can using magic but I have to fight alongside your alpha" I boomed
I shifted into my pure white wolf and my mate followed, I let out a Long howl, symbolising the start of war, the pack members soon followed howling as we ran to the approaching wolves in a battle cry.
-3 hours later-
The battle was long underway, id lost count of the number of wolves I've slaughtered.
I turned away from the wolf I was fighting, spitting his wind pipe on the floor. To see my mate surrounded by wolves. I stalked closer to them shifted to my human form, I let wind seep threw my finger tips sending them flying away from my mate. I continued to stalk around our battle ground, burning, throwing and splitting enemy wolves in half.
-2 days later-
The battle was coming to an end, a few of the surviving enemy wolves were retreating, I left the pack to finish them as I went round the fields using my power of wind to collect enemy body's and pile them close to the edge of our territory, setting them on fire and walking away collecting our dead members, luckily only 13 dead, laying them close to the pack house, they deserved a proper funeral.
"Pack meeting" I boomed returning to my normal self.
We gathered in front of the pack house,
"My fellow pack, we have lost 13 family members/friends, we can burry them or burn them, it shall be up to their family members and mates to decide" I paused letting it sink in "your alpha and Luna are very proud of all of you, we thank you for fighting at our sides, you may all go back to normal life, we shall keep some extra training in through to make sure your all protected, we shall party as celebrate our victory once the dead are left to rest in piece" I spoke softly to the pack
