Rainbows P.O.V

So shy just like left out of nowhere. And when I asked if I'll see her later she said "maybe." What does that mean? Whatever I'm sure she's fine like she said her mom needed her home.

I went to go wake up everyone but they were already awake and staring at me.

"What?" I asked.

"why did Fluttershy leave here in such a rush?" Twilight asked.

"She said her mom needed her. Anyway let's g-"

"Rainbow what did you do?" She interrupted.

"Nothing. I swear. Wait oh damn...maybe she heard me..."

"Heard you when?"

"Well..."

"Heard ya when Rainbow Dash?" Applejack seemed ready to attack me.

"Well I was talking to Soarin..."

"You did not!" She yelled.

Obviously they weren't so happy about me getting back together with him. But, he did apologize and he said it wouldn't happen again. And I trust him.

"Yeah I did. And we're back together now..."

The girls were silent. Rarity looked like she might explode and kill me and Pinkie looked about ready to throw her bag at me. 

I was waiting for them to yell at me or hit me. I was so prepared for it that when they all glanced at each other and got up and walked to the door I had to wait a few seconds to respond.

"Where are you guys going? I though we could hang out for the day?"

"We're going to find Fluttershy. You can spend the day with Soarin or whatever." Rarity said, following the girls out the door.

"But-"

"But nothing Rainbow Dash. You need to learn how to pay attention to others feelings." Pinkie said, her face a mask or anger.

I've never seen them that mad. They all drove off together and I was left alone standing at the door.

Was I doing everything wrong?

Fluttershys P.O.V

I ended up on a bench by a small pond in some park. There were little ducklings swimming on the water and I guess that calmed me down.

They're getting back together.
They're getting...back together...
They...
I started crying again.

I thought she maybe liked me back. I thought we were getting closer. I thought she cared about me. I thought-

My thoughts was interrupted by the sound of my phone ringing. I checked and it was pinkie. After about three rings I decided to pick up.

"H- *sniffles* h-hey pinkie..."

"GUYS SHE ANSWERED SHHH!! Hey shy. Where are you?" Pinkie practically screamed at me.

"I-I uhm I'm just...I-in a park..."

"Which park?" She asked

"I don't know..."

"Oh. Hm. What's around you at the moment?" She asked.

"I'm just b-by a pond watching some ducklings."

"Are the ducklings fluffy and yellow?"

"Uhm. Yes..."

"Alright. We'll be there in a few. Don't go anywhere!" She said and hung up.

"We'll be there"? Does that mean all of them are coming? Wait..no. Dash wouldn't come with right? Oh no...

A few minutes later I saw Pinkie running towards me followed shortly by everyone else except Rainbow Dash. Thank goodness.

"I told you it was this park!" Pinkie said smiling widely.

"How in the world did you know it was this park?" Twilight asked her.

"Because of the ducklings. Duh." She said as if it was obvious.

"right.." Rarity said.

They all stood around the bench and Rarity came and sat next to me. She looked at me sympathetically and I almost burst into tears again.

I looked around at everyone and noticed almost everyone had changed except Pinkie. She was still in her pajamas.

"Fluttershy, darling, are you alright?" Rarity asked.

"I-I'm fine..." I said softer than normal.

"We know you aren't okay" twilight said while sitting on the other side of me.

"I-it's nothing guys. I-it's a-stupid. R-really..."

"Is it about Rainbow Dash and Soarin getting back together?" Pinkie asked. Twilight hit her softly and gave her a state that seemed to mean "why would you say that."

"...n-no... " I mumbled hoping the bench would let me disappear into it.

"Fluttershy, maybe you should tell them. You can trust them." Rarity said.

It's not that I didn't want to tell the others I liked Rainbow Dash. I just didn't want to have to say it out loud. Rarity had guessed it so I never actually had to say it to her. I just don't want to talk about it.

"Tell us what?" Pinkie asked 

"I'm guessin this isn't just shy being mad at Dash for dating Soarin just cause he hit her. Is it?" Applejack asked Rarity.

"Well. Sort of. I mean. I uhm. I don't want to tell a secret that doesn't belong to me. And Fluttershy here doesn't seem to want to share the news. So you should respect her privacy."

"Shy...you know you can tell us if you like Rainbow Dash right?" Twilight said.

I nodded. I guess they should know. I mean they came all the way here just for me..

"I...I d-do..."

"I'm sorry Fluttershy." She said as she hugged me.

I started crying again. But not just over Rainbow Dash this time. I guess I was also crying because for the first time in forever, I actually have friends.
