Since I was only shot in the shoulder the doctors said I could go home. That was a couple of days, I'm currently sitting in my bed room trying to avoid Erin. Ever since the night I got shot she has been acting really weird and I don't know why. I was taken out of my thoughts when I heard the door open. "Baby?" I sighed and turned around to look at her. "Yeah what's up?" I stared at her as she came further in the room looking nervous. "I...I... um well I have to tell you something." As she spoke she wouldn't look up and she kept playing with her fingers. "Baby what's wrong?" I said getting walking towards her. She kept her head so grabbed her chin and pulled her head up. I watched as she pulled something from her back pocket. My eyes widen as when I saw what she pulled out.

Giovanni

It has been about two weeks since I was shot and the doctors finally said I could go home. He was happy because he missed having his freedom, he was sick of being confined to the hospital walls. He was also ready to go so he could see Evie and her mother. He knew that he needed to have a sit down with Anaya, because he was about ready to fuck her up.

'Flashback'

Giovanni was sitting in his hospital bed holding Evie when the door opened to reveal Sophia. "What are you doing here?" she looked at me somewhat offended. "I am the mother of your second child; I think I have a right to know when you get shot." Giovanni had completely forgotten that she was pregnant. "Are you okay? What happened?" "I'm fine." Giovanni looked down at Evie to see that she was staring at Sophia. "So this is your daughter? She's beautiful." He smiled because he knew his babygirl really was beautiful, and when she got older he would have to watch out for guys. "Can I hold her?" Sophia asked him. He looked up at her a bit hesitant, but he thought that since she was going to be around Evie should get comfortable with her.

It had been about almost an hour since Sophia had gotten there and the two of them were having a good tie together. Evie was fussy at first when he gave her to Sophia but she was good now. "You remember when you and I went ice skating and you busted your ass... I mean butt." Giovanni laughed because he did and it was so funny. As they were laughing Anaya and Jas walked in. She looked between the two of them then her eyes fell upon Evie in Sophia's arms. Without a second thought Anaya began to put her hair in bun. Giovanni hurriedly climbed out of bed because he knew what was about to happen. "Jas can you go get Evie and take outside." Anaya said never taking her eyes off of Sophia, who had a fearful look on her face.

"Look you need to calm down." Anaya's eyes snapped to his. "Why the fuck is she touching MY daughter?" Anaya knew she hit a nerve when she saw his jaw clench. "I think I'm going to go." Sophia said as she walked to the door. "No stay both of you need to hear this." It was now just the three of them, and the confidence that Anaya had just a few minutes ago had dissipated when she looked at the anger in his eyes. "I think you need to get one thing straight. You may have had Evie for the first year of her life but that was then and this now. She isn't just your daughter she never was. And when it comes to Sophia you need to understand that she is having my child and I want both of my children to be in each other's lives. So you need to get over whatever beef you two have with her because both of yall are going to be in each other's lives." Giovanni watched as her face went through several emotion, but the he saw the most of was anger. "We'll see about that." She said as she walked out.

That was the last time he saw Anaya or Evie in the past week and first he was worried that she ran off again but Hassan assured him that she hadn't. Today was the day that he was leaving and a couple people came through to help him. I looked around the room to see his Hassan, Sophia, and Nonna. They were riding back to his place and when they got there he saw several cars parked out in front of his place. When they walked in they saw that everyone had come together to throw welcome home party for not only Giovanni but Hassan as well. Both the boys were taken by surprise but they happy none the less. Giovanni went around greeting everyone when he saw Anaya smiling and being a little too touchy with some black dude. "Who the fuck are you?" I said standing behind her. She told the guys she would find later so they could finish talking before she finally turned around. "What?" she said looking at me with this stank ass attitude. I was about to snatch her little ass up when nonna came over with Evie who was reaching for me. "Hello my little torta di zucca (Pumpkin pie). I decided to ignore Anaya for the rest of the day.

Throughout the party Sophia was actually very helpful and I was really enjoying her being around. The party was winding down and the only people who were still here were Jason, Chris, Hassan, Erin, Angie, Jas, Sophia and Anaya. The guys and I, and Sophia walked into the kitchen where all the girls were. All the girls greeted their boyfriends except Anaya. "What the fuck is your problem?" I said over her fucking attitude. "Why don't you gone over there to your girlfriend." She said pointing at Sophia. "What happened between you two? Yall were good just a week ago." Erin said looking between us.

Anaya

"Man I don't even know she just like to be mad." "Oh so I'm just mad for no reason huh? Maybe I'm mad because you had that bitch touching my child or the fact that you basically said that I have I no say on whether or not I want MY daughter around her." I knew I was done with this conversation so I hopped off of the counter and headed into the living room to get Evie. "Where the fuck are you going we're not done talking." I didn't even turn around to respond I grabbed Evie and her bag and headed for the door. "Where the fuck are you taking our daughter." I buckled her into her car seat and closed the door and turned around. "I'm going home." I said crossing my arms. "Fuck you mean going home. You better take your ass in that house before I get mad." I rolled my eyes and started walking around to the driver's side. He grabbed me by my wrist and pulled me to his chest. "If you think you're leaving with my daughter then you must be stupid." "Let me go." We stood there having a stare down when Evie began making noise from the car. He looked at her then back at me and let me go. "We're not done." "I think we are."

So I decided to write another chapter because I hit 10k and I am so Excited.😆😆

Oh and i literally just wrote this chapter this morning so it may be a lot of mistakes but please ignore those. Also i will probably update again today because this chapter has me ready to fight Giovanni🔫, but anyways😊☺. I hope you all enjoy this chapter and thanks for all the love I really appreciate it.💖💖
