This is my entry for TheOtakuNerd 's steampunk contest. By the way, I can't win this contest, because I won third place in the last one, so this is pretty much just for fun XD The girl is named Zylphia Crane and the guy is named Adair Xanthos. They both work in a metal-making factory. Zylphia is an employee, there against her will, and Adair is the employer, and he has a rather unhealthy obsession with Zylphia because he thinks she's a witch (which she is, but she's not likely to ever admit it). Their story takes place in the year 2472. The scene in the drawing is one of Zylphia's many failed escape attempts. The weapons she possesses are phasers of her own invention; there is one in either hand. Adair's weapon is a blade.
