Chapter Two - A Change of Scenery

From the end of their first meet, Eren would dream of the next time he would see the blonde that changed the way he saw everything. Armin was amazing.. and he would visit him almost every morning. It was hard not to get lost in his stunning eyes, and dreamt of how soft and lovely the blonde's cherry blossom pink lips would feel on his own.

As Eren approached the mermaid for the seventh time, something was different and he could tell easily. Armin wasn't as cheery and excited as he usually was, in fact, he seemed sad and dreary about their visit. "Hey.. is everything okay, Armin? You seem upset.. " he reached out and touched his cheek gently, Armin leaning into the graceful touch as he did so.

"Yeah.. Just thinking about you.. I really like you, Eren, but you're just.. My mother wouldn't want me talking to you. We have a long history with your kind." He said sadly, his usually peppy expression dropping. "Hey, don't be upset.. Maybe one day she can meet me. Armin, Come to my house tonight." Eren said, holding his hand and smiling. "You've told me that you can get legs with something, right?"He said, Armin replying with a nod.

"A serum. I have some at home... I'd love to come see your house." He kissed Eren's cheek and dove under, coming back up in no time. In an hour, they were already home and Armin was still learning to walk. He carried him most of the way. The brunette plopped him down on the bed and went to the closet to get some shorts and a T-shirt, dressing his lover and getting under the covers with him, "Is it nice?" He asked, holding him close and kissing the top of his golden beach-wavey hair.

This was bliss.. And hopefully it would never leave them.
