How it started

Hi before I start I just want to let you know that you are all loved and are strong.
Everything written in this book is 100% true and is quite literally how Jennifer has helped me.
I hope you enjoy reading my journey.

How it all began:

I started to watch the Tv show Once Upon A Time and that is how I came across Jennifer Morrison. I started watching at the end of season2 and the start of season3 and it was all a new concept to me. I had never been in a fandom before and I had instantly fell in love with the show after being told about it by a older girl in my school.
Through Once Upon A Time I began to see so many strong female characters and how they see the world for what it is.
There is one particular quote that stood out to me the most:

'People are gonna tell you who you are your whole life. You just gotta punch back and say, "No, this is who I am". You want people to look at you differently? Make them! You want to change things, you're gonna have to go out there and change them yourself, because there are no fairy godmothers in this world.'
And this quote was the start of something magical. It taught me that to be who you want to be you have to stand for what you believe in even if others get in the way and try to change it you have to tell them that this is your life and this is who you are. After hearing a character say this, who over the first few episodes I had bonded to, it gave me the courage to stand up for what I believe in.
After watching this episode I decided to do some more research on the show and this is where I found the lovely Jennifer Marie Morrison and instantly followed her. I started to follow the show on all my social media and also listening to all the interviews, this is where it clicked to me that Once Upon A Time was more than a Tv show and Jennifer Morrison was more than and actress, they were having an impact on my life...
