New Addition

It took us a little while to do the paper work, it felt like 10 hours but it was probably 2 hours, if that. Aria seemed extremely happy to finally have someone to take her home. I am very scared to see how she will react to living with the Sons of Anarchy. Happy, Aria, and I got in the car, Happy obviously driving home.

When we got back to the lot, Happy got out of the car and it seemed as if all of the guys were curious. They were standing outside the club house, all looking at Happy as he got out of the car. "Ava, I'm kinda nervous." I heard Aria said.

"Hey there is no reason to be nervous. The guys will love you! I know they will. It doesn't matter who it is, they are all just big teddy bears when it comes to family. I promise." I smiled warmly at her. She nodded and nervously smiled as she and I got out of the car. We walked over to the guys slowly.

"Hey guys. This is our new addition to the family. This is Aria." All of the guys smiled except Clay, he seemed like he would have a problem with Aria, or Happy paying more attention to her.

"Aria, this is Jax, Chibs, Opie, Juice, Bobby, Clay, Piney, Tig, Half Sack, Gemma, and Tara. This is your family now and I promise, if you need anything, you can come to us." Gemma said.

"Well I don't know you. You're a gang, how am I supposed to believe that I can come to you about anything." Aria said, frowning.

"We're a motorcycle club darlin' and we protect our family." Jax said. Aria just shrugged. "Not from what I've heard. Opie's wife is dead, Chibs you don't see your daughter or ex wife, Jax's son was kidnapped, Juice you don't see your family, Clay you're just a complete asshole, Gemma you can become a huge bitch." Aria stated, looking down.

"And now for the best one, the one I might call daddy, he's a killer! How am I supposed to call this a family." I looked at her shocked.

"Aria why are you doing this?" I asked.

"And the only reason you wanted me is because you can't have kids. You don't want me, you pity me and I'm not in the fucking mood to be pitied." Aria growled at us.

"Why did you agree to come with us then?" I asked.

"It's my escape, let me emancipate." She said, looking at me straight in the eyes. "If that's what you want Aria. We'll let you go. Go stay with friends, but if you ever need anything, I promise we will be there." I said to her, I was hurt that she didn't want a family, however, it's her life.

"Ava!" Gemma said, obviously disagreeing with me. "Look Gemma, it's her life. I won't stop her. She's not really my daughter, I can never ask her to treat me like a mother. If Happy and I actually had a baby then she's right, we wouldn't have wanted her. We wouldn't have even known she existed. How can I ask her to stay? Gemma I was her. I didn't have a family until I came to my friends. Happy saved me, he's my best friend and if Aria wants a life like that, how can I tell her no? Maybe she'll turn out like me." I said.

"But Ava-" Gemma started. "No. It's her life."

"Thank you Ava, this means a lot to me." Aria said, tears clouding her vision. "Aria, just call if you need help, I promise that we will be there for you." She nodded, hugging me before leaving. I looked at Happy and he nodded.

"You're already on your way to being a mother." Tara smiled at me. I nodded and looked away.

"I wanted to adopt a baby. I wanted to be able to name him or her and bring them home like I was bringing them home from the hospital. Not adopt a teenager. I guess I was just trying to help her." I said, disappointed. Happy walked over and held me.

After doing the legal papers for Aria's emancipation, she left Charming. She was only in Lodi. I had been feeling sick for the past few days. Gemma thought I had the flu. I just ignored it, actually I was with Gemma and Tara, we were picking up stuff from the grocery store for the big dinner Gemma was planning on having. After we picked up all of the stuff, we got in the car and drove back to Gemma's house. On the way there, we noticed that there was a van following us.

It started going faster, I was scared, I didn't want us to die. They decided to run us off the road, we ended up flipped over, in the ditch. "Ava!" I heard Tara yell as I hit my head on the back window, making me pass out.

When I woke up, Happy, Jax, Clay, Gemma, Tara were all in the room. "What happened?" I asked, my voice groggy and raspy.

"We were in an accident." Tara said. I noticed that my head hurt a lot. Then I remembered hitting my head on the back window.

"You two are okay though?" I asked. They nodded, looking down. Soon a nurse walked in, "Mrs. Lowman. Happy to know that you're awake. You have a concussion, were you aware that you are pregnant?"

"No that's impossible. I can't get pregnant." She smiled, "Well you are definitely pregnant. Congratulations." She said, showing me the ultrasound.

"Oh my god." I said shocked, tears filling my eyes. "I can't believe it. I'm going to be a mom." They all smiled at me. My head started to hurt more, making me pinch my eyes shut, as I remembered waking up before now, being run off the road. There was six males in the van, they brought us to a warehouse. They first toyed with Gemma, raping her. Then Tara, raping her. Then it was my turn, they took turns and raped me.

I don't know what happened after that. I woke up here. "Ava what's wrong?" Tara asked. "N-nothing. My head just hurts, that's all. Can I talk to Gemma and Tara alone?" The guys nodded and Happy kissed my head before walking out.

"Ava, we've decided not to tell them. They don't need to know that we were raped." Gemma said to me.

"I can't hide this from Happy and I know that Tara won't be able to hide this from Jax. Gemma my legs are bruised. That's not the accident. I can feel it. That's them. Not the accident." I freaked out.

"Look if they find out, they find out. Just don't say anything." I nodded, "Alright."
