Seven Year Slumber

Ezra's POV

"Acnologia?" Kk whispered and fell backwards. I moved to catch her but Laxus got to her first. "Who's the idiot that let her out of the sick beds?" He grumbled and started to move back to camp. I smiled and followed him. As we made our way back we heard a roar in the distance.

Little did they know that they would sleep for seven years. For Acnologia attacked and the fairies used Fairy Sphere. Putting them in hyper sleep. Seven years later they all awake but one. She was in a different sleep. They took her back to the guild and soon she awoke.

Kk's POV

I open my eyes and sit up, taking note of my surroundings. Was this the guild? Was I out for that long? But it looks different some how, smaller. A tiny backroom that could just fit a bed. Before I could notice anything else- "Kk!" A voice yelled and a small figure with dark hair attacked me. The voice was almost familiar but not quite. I look down at the figure hugging me and get a slight look at his face. I pull him off of me and hold his shoulders studying his face. There's no doubt about it. "Romeo?"

"Yup." He responds and I let go. "But- yo- what?" I babble incoherent nonsense and he scratches his head. "Oh yeah you don't know anything do you?" I shake my head. "You and everyone else on Tenoru island were stuck in a hyper sleep for seven years. You didn't wake up with everyone else." I look down. "Oh, how did seven years treat you?" I ask. "I've gotten stronger, but the guild hasn't. When you were gone people started to leave and we couldn't pay for anything so now a new guild took over Magnolia and we are at the bottom." "It must have been hard for you." I continued to look down. "But now you're back." His voice lighten and I looked up and smiled. "Come on, you have to see everyone." He smiled and pulled me out the door.

The guild hall was definitely smaller and lots of people were missing but I remembered everyone present, even if they looked different. Macao was older time taking its toll, and he had a mustache. Wakaba was old like Macao but finally lost the dumb haircut. Jet was still they same with a new wardrobe but Droy put on a few 100 pounds. Alzack and Bisca were hang out together with a little girl and just by looking at her I could that they were her parents, they finally got together! Max, Warren, Laki, and Nab still look the same. Reedus has lost weight! And finally getting a good look at Romeo I can tell how our disappearance affected him. He has to be thirteen now and wears an outfit so similar to Natsu's.

"Kk!" Speak of the devil. Next thing I know I'm attacked by a hug. "Hey, who's idea was it to put the kid who substantially grew in seven years in the room with the person who was asleep for seven years?" I joke.

After that I had to reconnect with everyone. Share stories and just talk. I felt bad leaving them for so long but we didn't have a choice. Later that day Natsu grabbed me. "What?" I ask. "You never got a chance to talk about Grimore Heart." He said as I but my lip. "What?" People who overheard asked questions and I stepped on the table. "Yeah, Grimore Heart. You deserve the story." I show the brand of Grimore Heart. "I didn't want to be a part of them." I started

Flashback

Just keep running. About ten bandits were chasing Galia, Midnight, and I. I duck behind a tree catching my breath when someone grabbed me. I burn his hand and step back to get ready to fight. Right as he charged there was a change in atmosphere and he fell down dead and behind him stood a man, Hades.

"Are you okay? Were they after you?" I shook my head. "Do want to come with me? I can keep you safe." I look around as I notice some of the bandits starting to stir. I grab his hand and he takes me to his ship. On board are seven people. "Everyone. This is...?" "Kami." I answer. "Kami. And she will be living with us and hopefully joining us. Who are your friends?" He asks. "This is Galia and Midnight." I point to my dragon and flying cat. His name is Midnight because of his dark blue fur and green eyes. He flew around my head and landed as I scratched his head.

The next couple of days were nice. I meet the guild mates and trained with them. I was one of them until they wanted me to come on a mission with them and watch. I agreed but was horrified when they killed dozens of innocent people. When it was over we had a meeting. "Are you ready to truly become one of us." "I'm sorry but I can't just kill innocent people." The atmosphere of the room changed and I started to back up. "I was hoping you wouldn't say that." Hades stated and nodded towards Zancrow. I started to run. I had to get Galia and Midnight and get off the ship. I heard Zancrow's attack and ran faster. I wasn't worried, fire doesn't affect me. But his fire encased me and I wasn't absorbing it. I collapsed as it poisoned and suffocated me. I lost control of my body and noticed my hair on Mr. Cursey. Then Hades stalked over to me with a hot brand. I started to thrash as he brought it closer to my skin. It struck my skin and I screamed and thrashed more. I eventually passed out from pain thanks to Meredy.

I was thrown into a cell with my companion and was only taking out to be used as a training dummy. I became very aware of their powers and the pain. One day when the man came to take me for training I tackled him and released my restraints. I ran with everyone down a large hallway until I heard a feeble scream. "Kami!" I turn to see Hades holding my little cat, Midnight. "Please, don't! I'll go back." I say bargaining. He use his handcuff magic or whatever and restrained me and then laughed. I stood in horror as a giant hole torn through my friend. The pain and rage exploded out of me as I broke through the handcuffs and released a pent up roar of elements. He flew back and I created a hole out of the ship and flew out of the ship.

End Flashback

After I tore open awful memories the rest of the night was uneventful. I had to go home and chase countless pests out of the cave and everything was basically destroyed except for the money I kept in the wall with earth magic. So the next day was filled with shopping. I had a wardrobe change. My outfit was now a sleeveless turtleneck, black leggings, black shorts matching elbow length fingerless gloves, and black knee high boots. I still wore bandages on my calves.

I was in the guild hall with everyone and we've been having a rough time. I decided to go on a job and looked through the board when a a woman with brown hair wearing a pale pink dress holding a weird object came in.

Hahahaha I got a new chapter published within the month HA!!!! But it sucks so that's something. I am doing the keys of the starry sky arc but Kk will be with Gildarts so it'll probably be short. Anyway thx for reading and the awesome support.
