Edward starts to remember

Bpov

I woke up in the hospital with my dad sitting beside me with his head down.

I brush my hand through my dads hair. He slowly lifted his head but he had the look of concern on his face.

"Dad what is?" I ask. "I don't know how to tell you this Bells!" I looked around and didn't see Edward or Rose.

"Where are they dad?" He looked at me with a tears following from his eyes.

"Bells Edward got hit in the head by Taylor" He told me. I shook my head. "NO!" I got up out of the hospital bed and then I grabbed my side in pain.

My dad grabs me and stops me from going any further. "Bells stop, before you hurt yourself worse." I looked up at my dad. "I can't be here while he's laying there dad. Please!" The tears started to fall. "Alright I'll talk to doctors and Carlisle can come to the house." I wrapped my arms around my dad.

The doctor said that the rod somehow missed all my vital organs and that I was out of the race for awhile and that I healed up fine I be able to return the first race in Michigan next month in June.

Once at home it's been 3 days since we gotten home and no one will tell me about Edward. I was stuck in bed most of the time.

I woke up from a nightmare. I needed to be with Edward because I was so scared. So I slowly got up grabbing my side as I walked slowly. It was in the middle of the night so I was trying so hard but it was starting to really hurt.

As I used the wall for support I ended up collapsing in so much pain. I started crying out in pain.

"Bella what are you doing out of bed?" I heard Rose as she kneeled down beside me. "I need him Rose please help me." I pleaded with her.

"Rose bring her to me please!" That's when I heard his voice. "He woke up earlier tonight!" She told me as she helped me up.

We walked into Edward's bedroom and there he was awake sitting up. He lifts up the blanket and slowly I climbed into the bed beside him and wrapped my arms around him as tight as I could.

"Hey it's alright I'm right here. You had a nightmare didn't you?" All I could do is nod.

He gently stroke my hair and told me he was here and that I was safe now. He kisses the top of my head and slowly laid us down so not to put me in anymore pain.

Rose finally walked back in with a shot for pain. I buried my face into Edward's chest. "I hate needles damn it!" Edward chuckled. "Not funny!" I told him as Rose put it in my hip. "OUCH! Damn you Rose" She started laughing.

"Sorry Bella!" I turned my head and glared at her. "No your not!" I said trying not to laugh myself. "You're right I'm not. But I'm just glad you won't be in so much pain oh in a few minutes." She told me.

I look back at Edward who just shrugged his shoulders. "Your so lucky you just woke up." Edward broke down laughing. "Alright just go to sleep you need your rest!" I laid my head down on his chest. Once the pain killer kicked in I fell asleep.

I woke up in pain curling up into a ball. It hurt a little more than what it usually did. I felt a hand on my shoulder.

"What's wrong Bella?" Edward asked me. "It really hurts!" Was all I said. "ROSE I NEED YOU!" Edward yelled out.

Rose came running in. "Bella I need you to let me look please." I rolled over and I heard Edward and Rose both gasp. I looked down and my shirt was full of blood.

I grabbed Edward's hand squeezed it. "I'll call Carlisle!" Rose said before she ran out of the bedroom.
