"Tsuzuku...?" It slipped my mouth but no one heard it over the sound of punches being thrown from one to another. I must say, it's either the customer is one hell of a fighter or Tsuzuku is just not that good of one. He was taking a lit of hits but surprisingly was still standing strong. Well in truth, the man was the head of a gang and Tsuzuku was not bad either. Not long after the battle started help was there to end it all. They practically had to be yanked of each other and thank god that it ended only with cuss words and nothing more. Before Tsuzuku left, I heard him whispering to himself "Cheh! Scum..." wiping off the blood at the corner of his mouth and leaves. I tried to continue working for the rest of the night but I just could not focus. My thoughts kept bothering me "Is he okay? Why would he go that far for someone he has barely know?" Curiosity was killing me and so I requested to get off work early. I was amazed by how much I gave a crap about all of it. What did he do to me? I reached into my jacket pocket and took out his card. Yes, I kept it. No, I don't know why. I called his phone but no answer so I tried again multiple times but still no respond. I started to get worried. I felt guilty for what happened so I decided to give him a visit "Okay, maybe a quick visit won't hurt.". I called for a cab and made my way there. The way I was dressed, no surprise a cab pulled over so quickly.

I reached his apartment building and rang his doorbell. No respond. "Maybe he's not home? Or sleeping." I rang it again and called out to him. "Tsuzuku-san! Are you home? Tsuzuku-san!" Still no answer. I gave his phone a call and a ringing sound came from behind the door. "So he IS home..." I whispered to myself and called out once more "Tsuzuku-san, are you awake? I just want to see how you were doing." Since I couldn't hear any sign of response I took it as he was asleep and began to turn around to leave. Just as I was about to take the first step, I heard a loud thud and a moan that came from inside. I panicked.

"What was that?" I turned back around and started to bang on the door "Tsuzuku-san, are you okay? Open up! " I heard no reply and I started to get annoyed. "Oi-" I was about to growl as the door in front of me opened and my fist had hit his head when I was banging on door. "OWW! What do you want?" Tsuzuku growled in pain with an annoyed expression. "Sorry, to bother you, I just wanted to make sure you're okay..." I explained in a soft tone, looking away. I admit, I was scared.  He moved aside and invited me in.  He guided us to his couch and he sat in front of me at a table's distance. As he was bending to sit down, I noticed his face twitch with pain. "So he is badly hurt..." I thought to myself. I felt bad. I placed my hands on my knees and bowed forward "I'm sorry for all troubles I caused!" I looked up and saw his eyes widened with shock. While I was still down, I noticed that there was a trail of blood showing through his white long-sleeve shirt. I started to panic. "Ahh! You're bleeding! We have to treat that!" I cried out. "It's fine... Relax." Tsuzuku rejected my help but I retaliated "Hell no! Now where is your First-aid kit?" He must have given up because he pointed me to the direction of the bathroom "It's under the sink..."  I hurried to retrieve it  and sat next to him. "Take off your shirt." I ordered him. He leaned back and smirked, "Hmm... Make me." I was too worried to even take his jokes. "Don't move." I ordered him again as I began to unbutton his shirt. I could tell he was shocked as his body tensed up. I was not prepared for what's to come. For every button I unbuttoned, more bruises and cuts were shown. He was practically covered in it. As I was wrapping him in bandages and bathing him in ointment, he would groan and flinch with every touch. And every time it happens, it would stab my heart.

It was a while since I began treating him and I've finally calmed down. I started getting ahold of my senses and felt pain in my chest as tears rolled down my cheeks, my hand unconsciously tightens. "What's wrong?" He questioned. Just hearing his voice made me feel worse. "I'm sorry... I'm so sorry! If it wasn't because of me, you wouldn't be so scratched up. If you didn't know of my existence, you wouldn't have to go through all this pain. It's all my fault! Only If I wasn't aliv-!" Tsuzuku cut me off as he gripped my hands tightly "Don't say it! It's not your fault! I wanted to do it." His words were calming me down and he stared deep into my eyes, proving his words. "(Y/N)-chan, come with us. We can help you, I can help you. You can have a new life, start over, but this time with us to catch you if you fall. You will never be alone, I promise. Take my hand. " He stretched his arm out to my face. I nodded. I was a bit hesitant, but somehow, I trusted them. I trusted HIM. I took the hand that he has so generously offered me. He tighten his grip and pulled me into a warm embrace. It felt like nothing I have ever experienced before. Like a warm blanket wrapped around you in the freezing blizzard. He pat my head soothing me to fall into a deep sleep. "Rest... you have a lot ahead of you from now on...." that was the last thing I heard before I lost conscious.

*That's that for chapter 4. Did you like it? If it was bad, I apologize. Sorry for not posting recently...*
