"I love you."
"I love you too." Kaname whispered back to (y/n) like it was a sweet secret between the two.
It had been a couple months since the night that the slumber of the vampire in (y/n) slept no more. She had to leave school and her friends as the blood lust was rich from the lack in her years as human. She didn't mind though, she missed her friends, but she had new friends and family. Haruka had became a father to her and Juri was like the mother she never had. She also didn't ever have a mother, but a sister too. Yuki happily took on the position and the two were inseparable, except when Kaname came into the picture. He stayed with her through most of her hardship and fed her the most. He kept her company, having long talks in the middle of the night of their hopes and dreams, along with their fears. (Y/n) wasn't fully sure when she fell in love with him, but she did, and they were happily together.
Their love blossomed like a cherry petal that was taking a physical form.
(Y/n) watched Kaname leave the front door with Haruka to deal with some business in the town. Juri was in the kitchen cooking and suddenly the scent of food sent (y/n) to a dizzy state.
"(Y/n), are you okay?" Yuki grabbed onto her arm gently, worried the poor girl may faint.
"Y-ye-" (Y/n) never finished her sentence as soon she clumsily running to the bathroom.
The kind sister held (y/n) hair in the bathroom and the sweet mother heard her girls.
Juri handed (y/n) a warm, wet, and purple washcloth, with the sweetest of smiles. "Are you alright my dear?"
(Y/n) shook her head wiping her mouth, "N-no..mommy I'm so dizzy..."
(Y/n) didn't understand, she had been dizzy for days but didn't dare tell Kaname. The last time she had been sick with a fever, he pampered her and would never leave her side no matter how much she demanded some space.
It was odd, (y/n) usually could tell when she would be sick soon and she never got the feeling. She also had no fever or any other symptoms besides dizziness and her recent embarrassment.
"Mom...do you think? I mean..." Yuki fidgeted blushing, but her smile betrayed how excited she was.
"Ah...perhaps."
"How do I tell him!?" (Y/n) paced in front of the two women sitting on the couch watching.
"Yo, you knocked me up bro." Yuki squeaked her voice to sound like (Y/n) while making peace signs.
Juri rolled her eyes playfully, "You make sure he's sitting and tell him slowly."
"Slowly. Yes. Okay. Right. Slowly...."
"I'M KNOCKED UP!" (Y/n) yelled loudly, but slowly. She had been trying to tell Kaname for days without being blunt but he never picked up what she was trying to say.
"Ah I see." Kaname simply said sipping some tea.
" 'Ah I see'!?" (Y/n) was the opposite of Kaname, perhaps from hormones, perhaps from her hitting her head on the wall for the past couple days.
He sighed setting the tea to the side, "My love, do you really believe I didn't know?"
"You...You knew?" (Y/n) squeaked as her voice went higher the next few words, "Since when!?"
"Since Yuki couldn't keep her mouth shut."
(Y/n) mumbled something as the Great Betrayal was spoken from her lover. Kaname smiled and got on his knees. With a couple pecks to (y/n) stomach, he whispered softly, "Little one, I hope you can teach your mother patience."
"What do you mean I don't have patience!?" (Y/n) crossed her arms under her breasts, shooting daggers from her eyes to the man.
Kaname smiled up to her, "My love, I'm speaking to the baby, please, don't interrupt our conversation."
(Y/n) laughed as Kaname began talking to the baby, and not her, again. Her fingers played in his hair, excited for the little blossom to bloom.
