" is she okay? Will she be alright? What is she?" Someone is really talkative then I hear a shuffle. Someone must be walking towards that voice " yeah she will be fine and hunter be quite she needs to sleep" 'hunter? So that's who the voice belongs to.... But who is that other voice?'. I hear more shuffling feet then I hear a familiar voice " hey Kat wake up please" I open my eyes and I see Raven, Max and four other people I don't know. I look around me and I am what seems like a nurses room i jump off what seemed to be a silver table. Then someone with dark brown hair gets in my face saying " hi my name is hunter what's yours?" She is very talkative before I could even answer someone with light but dark black hair grabs her and pulls her back. " hunter be careful! We don't know what or who she is" 'wow someone is very protective'. Finally one of the figures come towards Raven and I when the figure comes close enough to see who it is I get a little scared, the figure has brown with a little hint of Gray hair ,When the figure comes out of the shadows ' I can see it's a man he looks about in his late 30's' the figure looked at me and Raven then he smiles saying " hello my name is Phil" I look at him then Raven replies " hey Phil I am Raven and this is Kat" I smile at him but there was confusion on his face then frightens he looks at me again and says " Kat? Strange." Then he walks away murmuring to himself then another figure appears is a females he female has brown hair with also a little bit of gray in her hair she also looks about in her late 30's " hello Kat and Raven my name is Barbra" she appears kinda happy. Someone growls at her like literally growls " Barbra you shouldn't tell random people your name especially someone like them " he looks at me like I am a disgusting bug. ' what his problem?' Barbra looks at him " no need to be rude Davian, these people need help." Davian walks away to where phil is. " don't worry about Davian, he's just worried about Phil and being WAY over protective of me" the girl hunter tells me with a smile like she wants me to be safe here but I don't. 'Kat you ok?' I sigh and tell Raven telepathic ' a little my head just hurts from you know.. Passing out' Raven looks at me with worries but I guess she gave up. Then Barbra looks at me with a hidden experience and says " I need to go on a few errands, hunter will look after you, Davian and Phil are going off to a pack meeting and they won't be back later tonight." And with that she leaves without a word or me trying to ask her questions. I looked at hunter and asked " where am i ?" But my voiced cracked a little hunter looks at me and said " you are safe" with a a little sadness in her eyes she tries to cover the sadness with a happy look but I am not fooled one bit. " I am going to get some food and water Kat" Raven tells me I raise my eyebrow with a look saying ' really?' With that Raven walks out to where I think the kitchen is and leaves hunter and I alone.hunter then starts walking towards me " are you ok? Does your head hurt from the fall? What creature are you? Do you have magic?" She starts rambling on and on " do yo...." I stop her right there " stop my head hurts from you asking me all these questions" she looks at me apologetic I sigh and look at her " sorry it's just sort of rare to have people with Max and with us" so that's probably why Davian was acting weird and Maybe Phil to. " that's ok. Yes I am ok, no my head is fine besides you rambling, I am half mermaid and yes I do have magic" I look at her she is smiling and and hugs me ' ok that's weird' I thought so I hugged hunter back. She backs up with a confusing yet alarmed face " what's wrong? Are you ok?" I ask but with uneasy with my self not sure if I did something wrong. Hunter looks up at me and when she's about to speak Raven come barging in with a worried look on her face. I dare not question it and run with Raven leaving hunter behind. When we get to the front door, Phil,Davian, Barbra and Max were all waiting there. " what's happening?" I ask them all Davian with a angry face tells me " you should have told us you were being followed" I am very confused " followed? I didn't know we where being followed" Barbra steps forward and looks at Raven and me. She sighs " it's all right dear we just need you three to be safe, phil will take you three to his ship" ' wait what?' I thought " three? " Raven asks Barbra with confusion look as well. " yes, you, Kat and Max, Max knows how to control the ship so you will be fine" I am very unsure of this " but what's happening?" Barbra looks at me and says " looks like there is some bad people that want you dead for some reason , but for now we need you safe " she looks at Phil and then once again blackness swallows me.
