Rose put the ring on her finger. The Doctor paced back and forth, his feet clanking on the cold metal of the TARDIS ground with every step. The screams from outside continued, Rose had to admit they were rather annoying. The Doctor looked quite agitated himself. After a while, he finnaly let out a frustrated scream and kicked the TARDIS. Joke on the Doctor, the TARDIS kicked back by flipping upside down tossing the doctor in the air. Rose clenched to her seat and laughed to herself.
"ALRIGHT! SORRY!" He yelled. Flipping a switch to make her stop. He panted and looked over at Rose. Music started playing to cover the screams. The TARDIS must have agreed that it was annoying.
"Thank you." The doctor mumbled a relieving hint in his voice. Rose messed with the ring on her finger. The Doctor continued to mumble things under his breath. Only some of the words were audible, something about snow, atmosphere, and annoying screaming people. Rose found herself staring at him in awe. To stop herself she looked around at the TARDIS decor. Suddenly she noticed something she never had before. There were words carved into a wall deeply. Rose couldn't understand them when looking at them, but knew what they said.
"Who's Susan?" Rose asked without realising. She was taken aback, it seemed the words just fell out of her mouth. The Doctor spun around very quickly, staring at her his eyes widened. He didn't seem angry just concerned. He opened his mouth to speak but stopped. He stood there for a long time, just staring at her.
"S-su-san?" he seemed troubled to get the words out. He cleared his throat. "No one." He took a deep breath. Rose noticed the music had stopped, but so had the screams.
"Doctor, what happened to the screams?" Rose asked concerned. The Doctor tilted his head and turns quickly to the console. He grabs the screen and pulled it into his view.
"We've moved?!" The doctor questioned and flipped a few switches. The TARDIS shook a bit but went back. The Doctor opened the door but hesitated to step outside.
"What's wrong?" Rose asked.
"I don't want her to leave me." He said gently. Pressing his forehead against the wood. Rose felt a little disappointed. The doctor mumbled something under his breath and kissed the wood softly. Rose rolled her eyes and crossed her arms.
"Come on." He cleared his throat and shut the TARDIS door.
