Alex POV: I heard sequel from Mari,I turn around and saw her hand with a ring,"oh no..."I mumbled,"is something wrong?"Parker ask,"I don't know,I guess I'm having a mom."I said I looked at my dad and Mari and the gang,they all seem happy. Was I really ready to have a mom,I mean I can barley handle a dad,so this is not going to end up good. "Alex,its OK. You can handle this,if you can handle a dad... You can handle a mom."he said I just smiled and hug him,"thanks Parker, I really needed that."I said as I pulled away,"your welcome,I'm always here also you know where to find me."he said we both said our good byes and I put on a fake smile and walked towards the gang.
I saw the smile on everyone's face so I had to make mine look real,"Alex! You won't believe it!" Joven said,"I know,I saw. I guess I'm having a mom!!"I said excitedly,"yes! I finally can be your mom,isn't that great!" Mari said I couldn't handle it but I had to,"I think its awesome!!"I lied we all went on with our day,I had to put on a smile through the whole entire time,no one even notice.
Nextday
I woke up,it was Sunday,"ugh!"I said I heard my laptop ringing, I went to go see what it is,it was a video chat from Austin and Cassy. (SorryIhadtochangethesibling's,IneedsomepeoplethatknowSabrina.)

I press answer and sit on my chair,the screen popped up showing Austin and Cassy,"hey!!" They both said,"hey..."I said flatly,"hey what happen to happy Alexandra!?!" Austin said making one of those people who talk to their babies,"she is still in here,I just feel down today." I said,"what happened?" Cassy ask,"my dad is getting married,yay!" I said in sarcastic tone,"what's wrong with that,Alex you always wanted a mom." Cassy protested,"I do but,I'm barely getting use to a dad,now I have to get use to a mom. This is harder then I thought." I said,"you are going to do fine just- who is that?" Austin ask pointing behind me,I look behind me and saw Gabe,"that's a friend,I have to call you back." I said I hang up and looked at Gabe,"how much did you hear?"I ask,"everything..." He said that's when I have nothing to cover it,"Alex,is this true. You are not ready for a family yet?"he ask I couldn't tell him why I wasn't ready,"yes,its true. Don't tell no one,I'll try to get ready."I said I put my laptop away.
"Alex,what really happen before you got adopted by Lasercorn?" He ask that's when I just wish he can leave me alone,"first why are you here?"I ask as I sat on my bed,"Lasercorn told me and Joven to watch over you."he explain,"look Gabe,I don't want to talk about it. It hurts just thinking about it."I said he sat on my bed criss cross and looked me in the eye.
"Alex,you know I'm here for you. What happen?" "Gabe,I don't have time because I have to get ready at 7:00,so I need to look for an outfit." I got up and went in my closet I picked out a perfect party outfit. I turned around and saw Gabe pissed,"where the hell are you going?" He ask,"I'm going to a party,every Sunday is my free day."I lied it was actually my get my homework done day,which I already did last night.
I went to the kitchen and saw Joven,"hey Alex!" He said I just smiled I made myself some cereal,"hey Alex,so are you excited to have a mom?" He ask inside I said no but outside I said,"yes,I can't wait, been wanting a mom." I'm a discard to this so called 'Family' I've been lying to them about my dreams,my feelings,and my thoughts. "So where are you going to do?"Joven ask,"well I might go to a party tonight.."I mentioned,"you can't,its a school night." He said,"I know but I'm just going to be there a little." I said I grab my cereal and went upstairs.
7hours later
I've been in my room all day long and I've been on my laptop,just looking at the internet and rewatch some old videos of me when I was little. I heard my door open,"hey Alex..."I heard I looked up and saw my dad,"hey.."I said I put my eyes back at the screen,"so,did you finish your homework?"
"Yes.."
"Talked to your siblings?"
"Did that in the morning..."
"Not ready to have a mom?" He said that's when I shut my laptop,"Gabe told you,huh?" I ask he nod his,I just rolled my eyes and went under the covers.
LasercornPOV: I don't know why but Alex been acting different ever since I asked Mari to marry me,I know that my daughter wouldn't act like this unless something is wrong. Alex must of felt bad when she found out that I found out,because she went under the covers,I picked up the covers and went with her. I saw her looking up,"so tell me what's wrong?" I ask she gave a big sigh,"I just don't want things to get awkward, I love Mari,I really do but I don't know if I'm ready to have a mom." She respond she didn't look at me,"Alex,I get it you are not ready but life is life,and I feel like its time for me and Mari to get married." I said Alex took the covers off of us and she went to get her laptop,she start typing a few words then showed me a video.
I finish watching a video and saw Alex looking into space,"who were those two people?" I ask Alex seemed like she didn't want to answer,"my mom and dad..."she respond she looks heart broken,I walked up to her and gave her a hug,she hugged back,"please don't leave me..." I heard Alex said I kissed her on the forehead,"I will never.." I said
