I groaned and banged my head on the table. Why *smack* can't *smack* I *smack* concentrate *smack *
Unable to take it anymore, I dropped my pen and went downstairs of my house and the person I was just looking for was right in the kitchen.
I walked inside and immediately the heavenly smell of red velvet cupcakes hit me.
I rubbed the back of my neck. "Hi mum."
My mum turned around and smiled while holding on to a piping bag full of cream cheese frosting and a red velvet cupcake on her other hand.
"Hey Darling. How's school?"
I leaned against a countertop. "It was okay.."
She frowned, obviously sensing something wrong. "What's wrong?"
"So erm..I heard that there's this girl name Kaitlyn working at the cafe?" I asked, and pretended to be busy finding for something. "You know. Not like I care. It's just that you know..it's cool? To have someone in my school working at the cafe?" I faked a laugh.
Smooth bro.
She raised an eyebrow at me. "Why? Are you interested in her or something?"
"What?" I faked gasped. "No, of course not. "
Truth was, Maybe I am.
Yes an update as soon as i published the previous chapter XD
