Before you say anything, I couldn't just let her die!

(Me-Leo! That's breaking the fourth wall! You're not supposed to do that!

Leo-Sorry! I was just trying to explain myself!)

I saw Festus blow flames at Abi (Which I programmed him to do at trespassers), and I had to play hero.

Not that I think Abi minds.

But I knew that I could survive the heat. I mean, I am fireproof. And hotness proof, otherwise I couldn't look in the mirror ever again. My gears started turning the moment I pushed her out of the way. If I was just standing there, unharmed, when the flames died down, there would be some questions. So I reached into my belt for the Wii remote, which had started to melt.

With the number of times I get set on fire, I should really make it fireproof.

I jerked it upwards and an oar positioned itself under the gangplank. I pressed a few buttons, and a hole the size of me appeared underneath. I fell about six feet, grabbing the board soon after my landing. I re-adjusted the gangplank to look normal, and then carefully started to work on getting back to the ship unnoticed.

I heard some rushed conversation, and then the thunder of feet above me. There was a few thumps, and deafening silence followed.

Maybe I needed to get back on board quicker than I thought.

"I think you need to come with us." Jack said calmly. They glanced at each-other, and with one fluid movement, they all dashed for their ship. I surged towards the newcomers, and they all collapsed.

Well, all except for Jason.

I beckoned to Jack, who quickly threw a nearby brick at Jason's head. After Jason was successfully knocked out, we all dragged them to some metal chairs below deck, then tied them to the chairs with ropes. Obviously they didn't want to tell us something.

When they all woke up, they started talking in some weird language.

All of the sudden, Percy laughed and said, "A brick. Jason, a brick knocked you out!? Next thing you know you'll be a couple!" Laughter coursed throughout the strangers, with the Indian girl glaring at him while stifling a laugh. Jason blushed brick red.

"Well, how was I supposed to know that he sent out an electric current? That doesn't come with my, uh, 'job' description!" Jason exclaimed.

Trying to bring some order, I said, " Now, we want to know if you'll harm us or not. So Taylor here is going to go through your memories."

When I finished talking, Annabeth and Percy's eyes grew wide and they started to protest but Taylor was already going through Annabeth's memories.

A piercing scream ripped through the air. I looked at Taylor, who was now in the fetal position on the ground, tears streaming down her face. She was rocking back and forward, mumbling something about giant killer spiders. Annabeth was also screaming, and was sobbing.

I smelled something burning, and glanced over at Percy and Leo, who were now untied.

Wait, Leo?
