I know what you're thinking: I'm evil, too. I mean, how can I not be with a mom like that? She cursed a kingdom all those years ago, for Badness' sake! Even the baddies here on Arendelle quake at the sight of her. And this place brims with all the most evil villains, sidekicks, and step families ever- basically all of the most interesting people.
Anyways, 20 years ago, Cass Hamada bought a huge mansion right next to SFIT (San Fransokyo Institute of Technology). After she moved in with her nephew, Cass gathered all of the villains and booted them off to Arendelle, with a magical barrier. This, is my hood. No magic. No Wifi. (I know right, pain in the butt.) And no. Way. Out.
