In the perspective of Olive
I was walking down the dorm hallway with my friends, Rachel and Stella. They're like my most best friends in the world. I've known Stella since I was a kid and we would have good times. Rachel and I met in 8th grade and we hung out, all 3 of us, in high school. Rachel has had a boyfriend before and so has Stella. I was the only one out of us all 3 who hasn't had a boyfriend before. I've always wanted one but I guess I was never "the type" back then.
We were talking about Calculus when we were walking to me and Stella's dorm room. Right when we were about to turn a corner, I saw him. His perfect chestnut hair and his face was only slightly dotted with freckles. His chin was pointy but not really pointy, just in a cute way pointy. I don't even know why that stood out to me. His eyes, oh his eyes, they were just the most perfect chocolate brown that I could ever imagine. They weren't too dark, just light enough for me to still see his pupils. The perfect part of it all was when he smiled, technically grinned, at me. His teeth were white, but not soccer boy white, and they were straight enough so that you wouldn't bump into them during a kiss. The moment he smiled, I blushed and I'm pretty sure he noticed. Rachel and Stella squealed and did those fangirl kinds of jumps. "What?" I asked them, pretending not to notice the cute boy smiling at me. "How do you not know this stuff, Olive?" Rachel told me. "Yeah, he's the hottest guy in the school," Stella added. I shrugged. "There's probably some cuter guys, " I said, trying not to hint that I did think he was cute. "C'mon Oli! You KNOW that he's cute!" Stella continued. I knew that I couldn't keep arguing with my friends, so I gave in. "Ok, you guys, but quiet down. He can probably still hear you from here," I told them. "Plus, he probably smiles at everyone in this school, it's not like I'm cute or anything," Rachel gave me a motherly glare, the kind your mom gives you when you cuss in front of her for the first time. "You know you're lying," Rachel said. I rolled my eyes. Yeah, right. Like ANY guy would have a crush on me. Unless you're talking about the nerd that lives on Teacher's Pet street. As we continued down the hall, I continued to think about the boy, wondering what his name was. But I didn't dare I ask my friends or else, they'd know that I liked him.In the perspective of Tyler
I was hanging out with Julian in his dorm, not really doing anything. We were about to order pizza. See, the thing with me and Julian, we practically live on pizza. The Papa John's down the street is like family to us. When we order from there, we just do Rock, Paper, Scissor's to see who has to pay. Sadly, I lost this game. I was reaching for my wallet when I realized I left it in my dorm. "Alright, I gotta go get my wallet. Don't order without me," I told Julian, while leaving the room. I started walking down the hallway and I saw a group of girls approaching. In the middle of them was this girl. She looked so cute with her dirty blonde hair and her perfect tan skin. She had the deepest chestnut eyes and I loved her full lips. In time for her to see me, I smiled at her, making sure she saw me. I saw her cheeks turn a rose pink and her friends smiled. Without looking back at them, I heard her friends squealing and she was trying to quiet them down. "He's the hottest guy in the school,"I heard one of them say. "Ok, you guys, but quiet down. He can probably still hear you from here," I heard another one of them say, probably the girl I liked. I heard one of them call her Oli, but it was probably a nickname. I just hoped that I would see her again, cuz even though she thought she wasn't cute, I sure thought she was.
