(Krissy's POV)

Finn and Izzy had gone to the grocery store, so Jack and I were left alone. He put the leftover pizza in the fridge. "Whatcha wanna do today?" I asked him. I was perched on the counter by the sink. He shrugged. I hopped down and wrapped my arms around his waist. He kissed the top of my head and put his hands on my back.

We swayed for awhile in silence. Eventually I pulled away and went upstairs to take a quick shower. I turned on the hot water and stepped in. I let the water cover me. Jack has been acting really strange lately. Maybe I would ask him about it. No. I would talk to Izzy first.

I stepped out of the shower and grabbed a towel off the hook on the wall. I dried my hair and went into my room to change into my blue lace dress and sparkly red converse.

I heard lots of commotion downstairs. Finn and Izzy must be home. I ran downstairs and grabbed my friends wrist. I dragged her back upstairs to our room without a word to her or Jack. I flung her down on the bed and I sat on the blow up, legs crossed.

She rubbed her wrist and snapped, "What was that for?"

"Do you think Jack is acting weird?" I asked.

She stopped rubbing her wrist and looked at me. She didn't answer right away. After awhile she said, "Yes." I shook my head. I didn't understand. Have I done something wrong? Izzy saw the pained look on my face and knelt down beside me. She rubbed my arm to reassure me.

"I don't think its you, Krissy. He must be upset about something else. Okay?" she tried.

I honestly didn't believe, but I shrugged and sighed, "I guess," anyway. She helped me up and we went back downstairs. We found Jack and Finn sitting on the couch. Jack was nervously running his hand through his hair, and Finn was letting out fake laughter to try and lighten the mood. He jumped up when he saw us. "Izzy, Krissy! Hey!" Jack looked around, then jumped up too.

"Hey! Didn't see you there," he said.

"Yeah, well, we literally just got here. Finn must have a very good eye," I rub my sweaty palms on my dress and turn to Izzy, "Right Izzy?"

"Yep, my guys got good eyes." We both laughed awkwardly and shuffled into the kitchen. I heard Finn asking Jack something, but it sounded like, "Glif mudd fluff fluff," and I knew that wasn't right. I pushed it out of my head.

"'Yep, my guys got good eyes'?" I questioned.

She shrugged. "I don't know!"

I rolled my eyes. "I'm going to visit my cousins," I told her.

"YOU'RE GOING BACK TO AMERICA?" she screamed.

I heard the boys yelp and run up the stairs. The came bursting in the door and demanded to know if I really was going home. I hit my forehead.

"No! My cousins live here you dorks! I'll be back tomorrow. Calm yourself!"

They all let out sighs of relief. Then Jack asked, "Do you want anyone to come with you? Give you a ride?" I cast Izzy a sideways glance.

"No. I'm gonna take a train out of London and she's gonna pick me up at the station," I said. I hoped. I hadn't actually talked to her yet. I hope she could.

"When are you going?" Finn asked.

"Tomorrow."
