(Krissy's POV)

Jack drove me to the train station the next morning. I kissed him on the cheek before getting in line to purchase my ticket. It took me 30 minutes to get through the line and then through security. It took another 15 minutes to get my luggage sorted out. After 45 minutes of struggling to get through lines and other crap, I was finally on the train.

I walked through the cars to find a good seat. I chose one towards the back and stuck my purse on the seat next to me. I didn't want to get stuck next to some dirty hobo for two hours. I pulled out my phone and texted Naddy, my cousin.

-Hey Naddy! Are you in town?

I waited for a few minutes before she answered.

-Your town or my town?

-Your's.

-Yeah, why?

-Can you pick me up at the trains station in about 2 hours?

-Your coming here! Cool! Yeah, I can pick you up.

-Thank Naddy! See ya soon.

I stuck my phone back in my purse and leaned my head back on the seat. I closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep as the train lurched forward.

"We will be arriving at our destination shortly," I heard the announcer say.

I rubbed the sleep out my eyes and began preparing my things. The train pulled to a stop and everyone piled out. I stepped outside into the misty air. I looked around for blond hair in a loose ponytail. I spotted my cuz over by the water fountains. She was wearing her usual, England soccer jersey, black sport shorts, and sneakers. She had blue rimmed glasses and two drum sticks in her pocket. I smiled and walked up to her.

"Hey cuz! Long time, no see," I said, ruffling her hair. She swatted my hand away and stuck her tongue out.

"Nice to see ya! What brings you here?" she asked.

"I'm staying in London for the summer. I met a boy. And I'm having some-"

"Boy trouble?" she finished.

I nodded. She rolled her eyes. "Guys are rats," she said.

That made me laugh. We walked to the parking lot and searched for her car. It was a red Jeep. I saw it parked behind a monster truck and a small tree. Don't ask how I found it.

I climbed into the passenger seat and suggested we go to the field and play a little soccer. She nodded eagerly. She has always had a passion for soccer. I used to play, but dropped it in middle school. It was still fun to play with her though.

I changed into a spare pair of her sport shorts and tennis shoes. Then we went out and played until it started to rain. We ran back to the car, laughing. We laughed even harder when I tripped over a stick and fell into a mud puddle. I wiped mud from my eyes and started running after her.

We went back to her house, changed into our pajamas and watched movies until 2 o'clock in the morning. In total, we ate about 10 pints of ice cream.

I feel asleep in the middle of Super 8, in a pile of candy wrappers and blankets.

I woke up the next morning to my phone buzzing extremely loud in my ear. I picked it up and saw a message from Jack.

-Morning! When you coming home?

-Round one.

-Good. I miss you.

-Miss you too.

I woke Naddy and we went to a nearby cafe for breakfast. She took me back to her house so I could pick up my stuff. We drove back to the station and I went through that insane 45 minute process before finally getting on the train. I sat down in the back seat again and took another nap.
