(Isabella's POV)

Finn had left the funeral home and was now walking through the parking lot.

"Finn, it's not what it looked like! Finn!" I called after him. He spun on his heel to face me.

"Actions speak louder than words. I've seen enough." He said and I took a couple steps backward.

"Do you really think I would kiss him when I have you?" I asked quietly.

"Look at you!" He yelled.

"What-I" I said slightly confused.

"Your stunning and funny and caring. But one man couldn't cut it for you. Do you think I'm not good enough?"

"No, Finn. I would never do something like that to you!"

"Why?" He said angrily.

"Because I love you." I saw his eyes soften but then become mad again as he looked behind me. I turned to see Logan and Marlene staring at us. Logan looked at me slyly and Marlene ran to my side. She hugged me.

"What happened?" She whispered.

"I'll tell you later." I said looking at the tension between Finn and Logan. She almost read my mind as she saw me look to both of them. She backed away taking Logan with her to the funeral home again.

"Finn," I began. He stepped closer to me avoiding eye contact.

"I went to answer my phone and he followed me. I tried to push him away but I-I couldn't. It all happened so quickly. You know I wouldn't do that to you." I said hurriedly. He still was avoiding my eyes.

"Finn," I said cupping his cheekbones in my hands. He finally looked up at me.

"I love you." I whispered. He sighed and put his hands up to mine. I kissed his neck, that's about how far I could reach.

"Be honest, do you still have feelings for him?" He asked growling out the last part. I brushed my thumb back and forth and looked straight into his eyes.

"No." I said simply but it held more meaning than just a two letter word.

We all had gone out to dinner and then returned home. Logan had made the right choice staying away from us at the restaurant. There definitely would have been a fight if he tried something risky. Logan and his family left afterwords. Marlene drove my brothers and my grandmother back to their houses.

"I have to go get some groceries so I am going to drop you two off." She said pulling into the driveway. I unbuckled and took the keys from her. Finn followed me out and I unlocked the front door. I waved to Marlene and walked inside.

"What to do..." I asked myself quietly.

"I've got an idea."Finn replied. He took my hand and led me to our room. He closed the door and locked it this time. I kissed him passionately and we both smiled. I pushed him down onto the bed and I kicked off my shoes. We immediately began our make out session again as I slowly unbuttoned his shirt. He held onto my hips. I was nearing the last button when I heard the front door open.

"I'm back!" Marlene called and Finn broke away.

"This will be continued later." He whispered.

"Why does it seem every time something good happens, it stops?" I asked looking into his big green eyes.

"Our luck I guess," Finn replied kissing me lightly.

I got off him reluctantly and went to help Marlene with the groceries, after fixing my hair to look presentable. She smiled warmly at me while opening the fridge.

"So what did y'all do?" She asked. I blushed and dug around in the bag.

"Oh nothing." I said trying to sound nonchalant. She nodded and we finished putting everything up.

"I'm going to bed. I have to drive you to the airport at six." She said walking to her room.

"Okay." I called after her. I heard the door close and I scampered off to my room. There was Finn waiting for me.
