JamesPOV

"We're here!" I heard Mary call from the front door.

"Yay! Okay James, let's go down and get this sleepover started!" Soph said excitedly and rushed. I turned around just in time to see her yank her top down.

"Oops! Sorry Soph, forgot you were changing." I said quickly. I could feel my face flushing deep red from embarrassment.

"Ha ha! It's okay. By the way, you look cute when you blush." she said to me, making my face flush darker, if that was even possible. She laughed and then started blushing. I don't think she realised what she had said until then.

"Awww! You to!" I winked hoping to make her blush harder. Yes! It worked. 

I started to take slow steps towards her. I noticed that each time i stepped forwards, she would step backwards. I got lost in her eyes and didn't realise how close the wall was until she backed into it and let out a groan of pain.

"Soph? You okay?" I asked her, breaking out of my trance and rushing to her side.

"Yeah, I just banged my head against the wall." she replied, looking down at the floor. If she was trying to hide the blush that was spreading across her cheeks, she wasn't doing a very good job. Man, she looks cute when she blushes... James, stop thinking about things like that, you haven't even known her for a whole day. But she's still cute...

"You sure?" i asked looking right into her bright green eyes again.

"Ye..." she trailed off as she continued to look into my crystal clear blue eyes.

Unconsciously, I started to lower my head down to hers. She closed her eyes, and started to tilt her head up towards mine. I jumped back when i heard the door bang open and Soph's eyes flew open in surprise. I looked over to the door, to see Mary standing there with a smirk on her face.

"Oh, umm, did I interrupt something?" She asked, now trying to hold back another smirk.

Me and Soph looked at each other questioningly. 

I sighed. I saw something flash in Soph's eyes that looked like she was going to start pleading with me if we had to tell Mary what almost happened, so i decided to make an excuse. "No, I was just helping Soph put her top on because it got stuck on her head." I said, trying to hold back laughter.

"Okay then! Well Soph, everyone is here, so can we get this sleepover started already?" Mary practically begged Soph.

"Ha ha! Okay, calm down Mary! Let's go downstairs and see what to do, yeah?" Soph asked Mary, whilst trying to stop her from bouncing up and down.

"OKAY!" She screamed in mine and Soph's faces. She then ran down the stairs, and we could hear her asking Sam and Gem what to do.

"Wow! Is she on something?" i asked Soph jokingly.

"Yes, yes she is. She is on a sugar rush." she laughed when i looked at her strangely.

"I have never known a person our age to act like that!" I said, laughing because of how crazy Mary is.

"She needs to stop eating candy, it gives her a sugar rush. By the end of the night she will probably have a headache because the sugar would be wearing off."
