Dipper Pines hated bars. Especially the bars his twin sister Mabel went to. They were always too bright, with neon lights and noisy, 80's music basically shook the building. However, he promised to go with Mabel to celebrate her girlfriend Pacifica's 21st birthday, and now he was sitting on a stool, watching his sister take shots with Pacifica, both laughing and covered in glitter. Dipper grinned and swung his feet back and forth.
"Well, well, well what do we have here?" A deep voice muttered behind Dipper. Dipper spun around, facing the bartender.
He was tall, much taller than the brunette, his hair was blonde and Dipper could tell his skin was a light tan, even in the neon lighting of the bar. But what caught Dipper's attention was the man's eyes, which were a mix of gold and amber. Dippers eyes averted to the blonde's dark shirt, which read 'Bill.'
"Nothing much." Dipper mumbled, and the man chuckled. He stuck his hand out to Dipper, who slowly took it.
"Names Bill, what can I getcha?" The blonde took his hand back and grabbed a glass.
"Um...I guess a beer. Coors Light." Bill nodded and started to fill the glass with the amber liquid, and pushed it towards Dipper. "Thanks." Dipper sipped his drink, Bill still standing there. "what?" Dipper asked. Bill grinned.
"Well, what brings you to this horrendous bar of mine?" Bill's teeth looked sharp under the weird lighting. Dipper shrugged.
"Sister's girlfriend's birthday." he replied simply.
"Is your sister the one with glitter in her hair and the sweater?"
"That's her."
"Huh," Bill gave a soft chuckle. He looked back at Dipper, who was now looking at Mabel and Pacifica, who were trying to dance and drink at the same time, and failing at it. "I didn't catch your name kid." Dipper turned back toward Bill.
"Oh it's Dipper." Bill grinned.
"Well now that we've been formally introduced...oh do you need a refill?" Bill gestured to the now empty cup. Dipper nodded a little too fast. Bill filled it once again, and pushed the glass back towards Dipper, who started working on it as soon as it reached his hands.
"hey kid, don't suck that down too fast..." Bill warned but Dipper put his hand up.
"It's fine, I can take it." Dipper then chugged the rest down, and slammed the glass down. "Get me some whiskey." his smile turning loopy. Bill sighed and poured the brunette a shot of whisky.

The night went a lot faster now to Dipper, who sucked down 3 whiskey shots and now was playing with Bill's hair. Bill however, didn't seem too happy to see the young man so drunk, but if he could pay, Bill had no choice but to serve him. He already wrote his number on Dipper's arm, with the phrase 'IF LOST, CALL ME,' in case the kid got in trouble somewhere.
"You got...lots of..tat..toos.." Dipper's words came out slurred and slow. Bill smiled, and let the man look at his arm tattoos. Anything to prevent Dipper drinking more.
Dipper traced his finger up the blonde's arm, following the complicated patterns. "ITS A CODE!" Dipper's drunken laugh echoed. "MABEL COME OVER AND LOOK AT THIS!"
Mabel, who was done drinking, heard her twin's call. She completely forgot Dipper was here, since she was making sure Pacifica didn't hurt herself. She ran toward Dipper, who was tracing the bartender's tattoo with his hand, the man with amused smile.
"Yes Dipper?" she sighed.
"LOok at BiLL's ARMS!" Dipper exclaimed, his arms limp and tired. Mabel looked up at 'Bill,' who was holding back his laughter.
"Yes they are nice, but it's time to go, bro-bro." Mabel tugged Dipper's arm. Dipper gave her a disgusted look.
"WhY?" He whined, pushing Mabel off his arm. "The partIES not OVeR YET!"
Much to Mabel's happiness, Bill came from behind the counter, and grabbed Dipper's arms softly, whispering something in his ear. Dipper nodded, he drunken smile covered his face. The blonde helped Mabel bring Dipper and Pacifica to the car, both drunken out of there minds. Mabel sighed as she slammed the side door, and faced Bill. "Thanks!"
Bill smiled and gestured toward Dipper. "Tell him to text me when he's done with being hungover." Mabel nodded and climbed into the drivers seat, and waved goodbye to the man as she drove off into the night.
