Chapter 8

"Where's mom and dad?" Asked Kiara, looking around. "I doubt we'll see them in the sandstorm." Lilly said, covering her eyes. "Where are they?" Nala asked worriedly. "I have no idea!" Simba said, looking around for his cubs. Kion roared and his parents heard. "Well, that helps. But also call danger." Said Lilly. Hyenas were approaching them. Shadows were seen by Simba. "PAPA!" Kiara yelled. Simba ran towards the shadows and it became clear. It was his cubs. 

Simba ran. The hyenas grabbed Kiara and ran. "Hey!" Lilly said as she ran after them. "LIllY!" Kiara said, as she was taken into the Outlands. Lilly jumped into their territory. "Our territory!" The hyenas said. "My sister!" Lilly said, her hands glowing with fire. The hyenas backed off. Kiara ran to Lilly. "Stay away!" Lilly yelled and threw a fireball. Janja(leader of the hyenas) ran off back to their shelter. Kion was watching guard. Lilly pulled Kiara up. "We'd better return to Pride Rock." Kion said as they started walking back. "Kids!" Nala said, as they hugged him. Simba hugged Lilly. 

Janja jumped out of the Outlands. "Take this Lilly!" He sneered as he headed in for a kick. Lilly walked forward and kicked him without looking. "Take that Janja!" She said back, mimicking him. Janja growled. Simba was laughing. They all headed back to Pride Rock. The pride managed to catch up with them. Finally, they thought they could live normally.
