Dean was passed out on the floor, dreaming about how happy Cas was when they were together. He missed Cas so much and he would never have him now. He was probably gonna report him to the police. Dean woke up 3 hours later with a blurry vision and his head hurting a lot. When he woke up it was 1:00am. Dean tried to stand up but it hurt so much so he rolled onto his back and just laid there for awhile. Dean fell asleep for awhile, before waking up to a doorbell.

Cas swallowed heavily and knocked again. "Dean?" He asked uneasily, stepping into his house. A flood of images entered his mind. Did he stab Dean too hard? Was he dead? Oh god. "Dean?!" He called out again, looking around.
Dean was on the floor right were Cas stabbed him. Dean was awake but really dizzy. "Cas..?" Did Cas come back for him? There was a mix of blood and alcohol by Dean's leg and a little bit all around him. Dean was taking deep breaths with a few shot and quick ones as well.

His eyes widened as he saw Dean sprawled out on the ground. "Oh my god, okay stay calm-" he reached down and wrapped an arm around Dean's waist, hoisting him up. "I'll drive you to the hospital. "

"Cas...stay...love you...help..." Dean's mind was going all different directions. Some voices were saying to yell at Cas, some were saying to let Cas help, and some were saying to tell Cas how much he hurt him. But he just let Cas help, he was already so dizzy. "Please.."

Cas helped him out the car and buckled him in the backseat and quickly sped off the the hospital. "Hang in there..." Dean nodded softly, his eyes half closed. Dean's head hurt so much he just wanted to sleep, but if he did he knew Cas would freak out, so he stayed awake as best he could. When they got to the hospital, Dean hung onto Cas as Cas carried him bridal style, cause if was the easiest right now. He leaned his head against Cas chest.

Dean nodded softly, his eyes half closed. Dean's head hurt so much he just wanted to sleep, but if be did he knew Cas would freak out, so he stayed awake as best he could. When they got to the hospital, Dean hung onto Cas as Cas carried him bridal style, cause it was the easiest right now. He leaned his head against Cas' chest.

Cas admitted him and watched as they wheeled him into a room, biting his lip on concern. "Please be ok..."

They took Dean I'm for surgery and he came back out in an hour and a half. Dean was in his own little room, looking tired. The nurse came in and all Dean would say is "Cas."

Cas entered the room and sat down on the edge of the bed. "Hey.. Are you feeling better?"

Dean looked away and frowned. "Why? Why Cas?" Dean didn't know why Cas stabbed him. And Cas knew exactly what Dean was asking. But it was also way more big of a question than what was asked.

Some choices said to be mad and some days to be thankful, but Dean didn't know what to feel. Cas swallowed. "You...you weren't going to let me go. I had to do something..."

Dean looked around him and realized just where Cas had taken him; a hospital. "Cas.." He looked to Cas' eyes. "Get me out of here. I don't wanna go back to the bad hospital again."

"I can't, you need to stay in here for two days before I can admit you out. I can call Sam and he'll keep an eye on you." Cas sighed softly.

"No you stay here. Sam thinks I'm insane, he'll put me back in the bad hospital. I can't go back." Dean looked to Cas, putting on puppy dog eyes.

Castiel bit his lip and nodded. "Fine, I'll stay here." He took a seat near the bed and leaned back, closing his eyes.

Dean smiled and took Cas hand in his. Dean closed his eyes and leaned back, whistling the tune that Dean would sing to Cas again. Cas tensed but didn't let go of his hand, letting his eyes droop shut.

Dean feel asleep as well and had a peaceful dream like Dean never kidnapped Cas and everything was perfect.
