calum nervously sucked in his breath as his eyes wandered to the watch that was secured tightly around his wrist. He had been standing on lukes porch for the past five minutes, contemplating on going home or actually knocking on the door.

For some reason he was extremely nervous, which didnt occur often. the last time he was nervous was when he was in grade 10, and he had to perform a song in his music class. but even then he wasn't this nervous. right now his palms are sweaty and his knees are shaky and weak.

Only seconds later, calum finally worked up the courage to raise his fist and knock on the door. he was honestly praying that this wasn't the wrong house, he didn't want to look like an idiot.

calum started to tap his finger on his thigh to a green day song as he waited for the door to open. but after waiting for a minute and a half, calum figured that no one was gonna answer the door. as he started to turn around and head to his car, he heard a creak of a door opening.

"hello, you must be mr. walmart boy." calum turns around and sees a boy with purple hair and an eyebrow piercing.

"oh, sorry. I must have the wrong house," calum says awkwardly scratching the back of his neck.

"wait," he says as calum starts to walk away. "is your name calum?"

"uhm, yeah?" calum says, which turned out more like a question.

"I'm michael, I'm best friends with luke," michael says smiling. "he didn't know when your shift ended, so he's currently in the shower. but I'd love to keep you company until he's finished." michael opened the door wider and stepped aside, motioning calum to come in.

calum cautiously walked into the house, quite afraid of michael. what if he was lying and he was actually going to murder calum? what if he was gonna get held hostage by a boy with purple hair?

but all of those thoughts vanished when he heard a familiar voice yell, "damnit mikey, where's my shirt?"

he looked at michael, and he held up his hand which held a cotton fabric with the words blink-182. calum let out a quiet chuckled as michael held up his pointer finger to his mouth.

a few seconds later, a shirtless luke walked around the corner into the room that they were standing in, which happened to be the kitchen.

he had his towel in his right hand, drying his blonde hair with it, and his phone in his left.

calum stared at lukes pale stomach, his eyes traveling up to meet lukes. calum gulped. luke looked so beautiful, sexy even, shirtless with a few water droplets that fell down his torso. once luke actually noticed calum was in the room, he hurriedly hid behind the wall that separated the dining room and the kitchen.

"hi calum," luke says awkwardly laughing behind the wall.

"hi luke," calum says, tapping his finger on his thigh, his nervous habit.

"michael, I'm gonna kill you."
