Life is too fast and too short.' There was a sigh.
This was kind of an unexpected exclamation from a girl who had once attempted to end her life. Who had once bruised her fist write where he used to write initials of a dear name. A girl who had almost succumbed to the trials of life. One who was torn to fragments and abandoned to burn till she was nothing but, ash. One who stood up from death bed just when she sensed warm blood pulsating across her delicate but tough neck veins.
He blinked at her in confusion. Waiting her to say more.
'Life is too short to meet all the souls that intrigue you. Life is too short to read all your favorite books as many times as you breathe. Life is too short to express. Life is too short to share.'
Her voice was filled with longings.

Morning sun taking refuge in her clear eyes, lit every corner of her half-stitched and half-bruised soul.

She never let herself be stitched completely. Cracks were the places from where her soul escaped and illuminated the air surrounding her.
'And how is it fast?'

He questioned. His gaze froze on her sun-conquered face.
'Life is fast for it never looks back on the wreck it did to people. For it never asks them for apologies. Life is fast for it bangs you right back on ground just when you reach the highest point in the sky, to gift you with an instant punishment.'
She closed her eyes and dissolved into a calm sleep.

And for him, life was too short to witness the peace that prevailed her face in those moments.
The birds chirped songs and the swift wind played music.
