A few days of peaceful snoozing later and the girl, who I learned was called Lucy, bounded up to my cage and gently plucked me from my cosy hut.
She placed me on her smooth floor, I was surrounded by obstacles of various shapes and sizes. I looked up at Lucy's beaming face and tentatively stepped into a pink and blue tube. Starting to get the hang of it I scuttled through and up a ramp onto a small bridge. Hearing Lucy laughing delightedly in the background, I continued to race along the course. Tunnels, pathways, bridges, tubes, see-saws, they all flew by in a blur. I reached my prize of a juicy strawberry and Lucy scooped me into her warm hands and snuggled me against her face, I nibbled her hair and she let me scrabble down her sleeves onto her crossed legs. She lifted me upwards ad brought me close to her face, I twitched my whiskers on her nose and she giggled. But then. Creamy came.
