We padded for what seemed like a age until we finally reached a long wide corridor. This is what Viking had described to be the MOUSE-ALLY base. A white hamster stepped forwards but my whiskers were twitching madly and I knew something was wrong, very wrong. Just as he stepped forwards I let out a strangled squeak and surged forwards. I bombed into the white hamster and shoved him from where he was standing just as a razor bladed arrow shot from the wall to where he was just seconds before. I stared at where the arrow had flew from and looked at Oscar. Suddenly a coffee coloured hamster spoke up from the crowd in the silence, "looks like mouse ally is living up to its name." I looked down the corridor, it was at least as long as Lucy's garden. I thought about how now I might not see that garden again as this place was surely rigged with other traps similar to this. The white hamster had recovered and was standing up, only slightly dazed. Slowly everyone came to where we were standing, another hamster came up to Oscar with what looked like a white box. Then I realised that it was a detector. Slowly but surely, we would make it through this corridor to the main attack.
