A month has passed in school since Kayleigh asked me if we still wanted to be friends anymore. We have become really close friends again since I have started talking to her. September 15th came and we had school, so I texted Bryson to see if he could pick Kayleigh and I up this morning so that I could talk to her before we got to school, he said sure even though I know he doesn't want to he did. While we were on the way to school Bryson asked Kayleigh if she wanted a ride home after school today. Kayleigh said sure if you don't mind. I told Bryson and Kayleigh that I have to stay after school for my testing, they said okay we could wait for you if you want us to. Again I said no I'm gonna stay after school to do my testing. Lunch came quick today. Bryson waited for me in the hallway before the lunch room. He waited for me for 5 minutes till I came he asked me if I was okay, I told him yea. After we got our food we went and sat down at one of the tables to eat. Kayleigh showed up and asked if she could sit at the table with us. Bryson looked at me and asked if I didn't mind, I just rolled my eyes got up grabbed my tray and stuff and moved away to a different table to eat. I looked over at Bryson and Kayleigh and him were sitting by each other talking and laughing.
Lunch was over and it was time for next the class. Bryson came over to me and said come on before we are late. I got up gave Bryson my tray and got my stuff. He took my tray up and dumped it out and sat it on the counter. We walked to the next class together he held my hand then, he told me to stop and look at him. I looked up and turned to Bryson. He lifted my hand up to his mouth and kissed it he told me to tell him what was wrong. I said ever since this morning you and Kayleigh have been talking and laughing at anything you see! He said i'm just trying to be nice to her. I wish I didn't yell at him but i said, "Then why did you ask me if I didn't mind her sitting with us at lunch! Why do you think I rolled my eyes and went to a different table?!" I started to cry so I pulled my hand away and ran to the girls bathroom. He went to class and went to Kayleigh and sat down next to her and told her to go to the girls bathroom and talk to me. I heard the bathroom door open so I wiped my eyes. Kayleigh said Makayla I know you're in here can you please come out and talk to me? I said yeah whatever just give me few seconds. After 3 minutes I came out of the stall and talked to Kayleigh. She said I heard what you said to Bryson after lunch. I said i'm sorry I just got really upset. Kayleigh told me I don't want to hurt your feeling but I like Bryson to I have ever since we started coming to this school. I started to yell at Kayleigh. I said, "Really! Why couldn't you of just said I sorta like Bryson also instead of telling me that you hate him and everything?!" I went into the stall and slammed the door closed and started to cry even more.
After I calmed down I opened the door and Kayleigh was sitting on the floor crying. She looked up at me asked me to help her up. I helped her up and gave her a hug I said I'm sorry for making you cry just why couldn't you of told me this before I started dating him? Kayleigh said I didn't want to make you upset. I put my hands on her shoulders and said of course I would of got upset we get upset over anything we are girls! Once Kayleigh and I calmed down some we went back to class. We walked into the classroom and Bryson told me to sit beside him so we could talk some. I sat down next to him. We talked for the rest of the class time until the bell rang for the next class. Bryson walked me to the next class. When we got there he opened the door for me and then left to go to his class. The next 2 classes went by fast. It was the last class for the day and Bryson came to ask me a question. Bryson and I sat down at one of the empty desks to talk. After we were done talking we went around school looking for Kayleigh so Bryson can carry us home. Bryson saw Kayleigh and called me over to him. We talked to Kayleigh for a little then we headed out to Bryson's car to go home. We dropped Kayleigh off at her house then went to my house. When we got to my house Bryson turned the car off and came over to my side to open the door for me he grabbed my stuff out of the back seat and walked me to my front door. He opened the door walked me up to my room and set my stuff down gave me a kiss on the forehead and left.
