Helena insists that she needs to go back before Michael begins to worry, but George keeps her at the park.
"Sit with me, yeah?" They sit on a bench. She wants so badly to protest, but doesn't want to anger him—if his temper were anything like Michael's, she'd better keep her mouth shut.
So that's exactly what she does.
They sit in silence for awhile. Finally, George looks at her and raises an eyebrow.
"Helena?"
"Y-Yes?"
"Has anybody ever given you a nickname before?"
"A...what?"
"A nickname. Y'know, like a shorter version of your actual name."
"Well...I d-don't really see why that's necessary, but um...M-Michael calls me 'baby' all the time. Does that count?"
He shakes his head. "No, it doesn't."
"Oh."
She falls silent but, as it appears, George isn't quite finished talking.
"'Baby' is such a...a degrading name. A pretty lady like you doesn't deserve to be talked to like that. 'Baby' this and 'baby' that. What are you, an infant? I bet the ignorant fool treats you like such."
She doesn't say anything. Nor does she protest when George insults Michael like he does.
"What about the nickname...Ella?"
Micky continues to favorite every other tweet lmao
Yet he still doesn't follow me
We have a love-hate relationship
