Irie Akahama is the creator of this hellish world that he calls a game. We're like his slaves, stuck here until there is an heir to his work or creation. When I say "heir", I don't mean someone who will make us suffer even more. I mean someone who can defeat Akahama and free us from this tortured life. I don't know what gave Akahama the idea to use gamers in a virtual world as guinea pigs, but I think something must have loosened some screws in his brain.

I am someone who everyone should fear. I am the creator of NerveGear and the infamous games, "SAO(Sword Art Online)", "ALO(Alfheim Online)", and "GGO(Gun Gale Online)." All games converted to my style because my company skyrocketed game sales. Why does someone like you, who is inferior to me, want to know about me? I have no business with you; therefore, you are irrelevant to me. You want to know about my life? Why? You knowing about me doesn't change your decision about who I am. You'll just learn more about me and maybe about my business. But, I suppose that I could teach you a little bit of my life.
It all started when I was a child, about eleven or twelve actually. I've always been infatuated with video games and how people come up with these vivid ideas and bring them to life, but that's because I've always been alone, so I had nothing else to do. My parents were always busy with work so they didn't have much time to spare for me. They would try to make it up to me but they didn't know how. Since they knew that I would be alone, they bought video.I was envious of them; I wanted to be like them. I wanted to bring my dreams to life, my passion for imagination. Once I had made my decision to be like one of them, I decided that when I grow up, I would study to become a game designer just like them. Someone who can think of complex ideas, find different ways to entrance people, draw them into their world. My world. That's when I came up with a great idea. What if I could make a world where I wouldn't have to be alone? What if I made a place where people could run off to so that they could get away from the real world? And this is where my project for finding the answer to my problem began.
It took me years to create what is now called NerveGear. I was like Thomas Edison with my invention. It took thousands of tests and thousands of failures until I finally got it right. It took me over a decade to create this masterpiece. I have created a headset where it will link the nerves in your brain to the gear so that you'll feel like you're in another dimension.
