(y/n) POV

Okay, what class do I have next? Oh! Math! With.... hehehe.... (c/n). Okay, this can either be super awkward, or super fun. It really just depends on what we do in class. Let's do this!

I take a deep breath and walk over to my conveniently assigned seat next to the most popular (american)football player in the whole school, (c/n). I put my stuff down and say, "Hiya!~" with as much pep as possible.

He seems more groggy than usual when he says, "Oh hey, (y/n)."

"You okay?" I asked with a concerned tone.

"Huh? Yeah, I'm fine," he replied. "I just didn't get much sleep last night after the big game."

Oh, that's right, they had an away-game last night in another state. They all must have gotten back so late. Aww, poor thing.

"Right. You guys had that away-game. Well, hope you at least get more sleep tonight." I said, feeling sorry for him.

"Th-thanks," he said, resting his head on his desk.

The teacher walked in just as the bell was ringing and said, "Okay class, today we are just going to be watching a video about the new unit because it's very different from what you've been learning all year. Feel free to take notes, but you don't technically have to. Also, there will be no talking. If I hear anyone talking, you will have to stay after class and explain to me what was so important that it couldn't wait until after class. Okay, let's start the video."

Seriously?! Not only am I gonna be completely lost during this class, but I'm also not gonna be able to talk to (c/n) either.

A few minutes after she started the video, I noticed that (c/n) had completely fallen asleep.

He looks so cute when he sleeps.

Suddenly, an idea popped into my head. I then, slowly and carefully, took his paper the teacher had left on all of our desks to take notes if we wanted. He stirred a bit, but immediately fell back asleep.

It's not like it was anything special, but I doodled a flower on the side of his paper. Just a daisy. Then I carefully slid it back under his books, daisy still showing.

I few more minutes passed, and I thought, hey, if he didn't wake up the first time, then what could go wrong with doing one more?

I silently leaned over and drew another flower, this time a rose. When I was done, however, he woke up because everyone burst out laughing at what happened in the video. I quickly scrambled to put my pencil down and pretend like I was laughing too. I hoped he couldn't see how red I must have been blushing in the dim lighting of the classroom. He noticed the flowers on his paper and looked over at me in confusion. I quickly nodded, as if to say, yes! Me! I'm the absolute dork who just drew flowers on YOUR paper when I had one of my own right in front of me! He smiled sweetly and turned around to watch the rest of the video.

Eeeeeek! Did he just... smile?! What does that mean? Does he like flowers? Are those types of flowers in particular his favorite? Does he like me vicariously? These and other similar thoughts swarmed my brain like fruit flies swarm a strawberry that's been left out for too long. I decided to (b/f/n) about this, even though she was in Spanish class right now, and she was way too serious about that class. Regardless, I excused myself from class and made a mad dash down the hall for her Spanish room. I walked by and gave her the signal we'd worked out to get each other to go to the bathroom because it can't possibly wait. She gave me a nod and quickly asked to go to the bathroom.

I hid away from the door and overheard the teacher say something like, "Okay, but make it quick." She shortly came out and we headed for the nearest bathroom.

Once we determined there was no one else there, she said, "What the heck is so important? I was finishing my homework so I don't have to do it at home."

"First of all," I started, "you know I can help you with that since I took that class last year, right?"

"Yeah, but I only want you to help me if I'm lost, okay?" she said.

"Deal," I replied. "Now second of all, I called you in here because.... well, you know how (c/n)is in my math class, right?

She gasps, "Yes!"

"Well..." (Time skip to the end of the explanation, 'cause you lovelies already read that! <3)

(b/f/n) POV

"Oh. My. God. You, lover girl, have to get back in there and spend some awkward moments next to him, or else I'm gonna pull a 'Tamaki' on you!" I said with a devilish smile.

"No no no no no no no! Please don't," (y/n) desperately said.

Tamaki was a character from an Anime we'd both watched. In the scene we were referring to, he tripped and pushed his friend into a boy and they ended up kissing. I knew that was the last thing she wanted me to do to her.

"We'll see," I said with a devilish grin. I quickly looked down at my watch. "C'mon, we'd both better get back to class, it's been a good 3 and 1/2 minutes since we left our classes. We wouldn't want our teachers to be too suspicious of us." She agreed and we parted ways.

Hmmm... I wish I could help her out more with the explanation to why he smiled. Boys can be so confusing sometimes.

(y/n) POV

As I jogged back to class, I turned around and saw (e/n) walking out of the bathroom that (b/f/n) and I had just come out of.

I thought we made sure there was no one else in there. We checked under all the stalls for feet and pushed open all the doors. And then it clicked. We didn't check the "Out of Order" stall's door because it's always locked. She had to have seen me signalling to (b/f/n), crawl under the stall, and hide her feet from view atop the seat. Gross..... She must be absolutely insane. Ugh, that also means she heard everything (b/f/n) and I said to each other. Uh, oh.

I cautiously walked back into class and strolled back over to my seat. As I sat down, I noticed that the paper was gone. Did he thrown it out? Did he put it away? Where is it? I then noticed something strange, but absolutely a-dork-able.

(c/n) POV

As (y/n) walked back in, I quickly tried to hide my paper under my arms. I felt a light tap on the shoulder. I turned to see her smiling, looking back and forth between my paper and me. I was blushing the brightest red, and I hoped she couldn't tell. I moved my arms a bit to reveal what I'd done to her drawing on my paper. Her smile became even brighter. I think I even saw her blush I bit.

She's so cute when she blushes.

For the rest of the class I thought of nothing but that smile.

(y/n) POV

I could feel my face getting hotter as he moved his arm to show me that he had drawn a meadow of bluebells around my two flowers. He may not have known, but that was, and still is, my favorite flower. I love the shade of blue and how delicate they are. And I'm not sure, but I could've sworn I saw a blush creep up his face.

Weather you blushed or not, I know your secret now, (c/n). You may act super macho and tough, but you're just as dorky and cute as everyone else.

(Okay lovelies! That's the end of that story! That was inspired by a funny tumblr post I saw a while back. Hope you enjoyed! Check Taz732's page for Nerd x Reader parts 1 & 2. Feel free to suggest what chapter 4 should be. Bye now!)
