I hate that Charlie kid, which I'm pretty sure everyone who every lived a day knows. He hurt her. I felt so bad for my poor princess. How could anyone hurt her? I needed to something for her to make her feel better. But what to get her?

Walking home thinking about what to get Riley, it had to be perfect. Then I saw it. The perfect gift, for the perfect girl.

I couldn't sleep that night, I wanted to see Riley, I wanted to give her the gift. I wanted her to snuggle up close to me and let me kiss her lips. I wanted Riley Mattews.

I woke up that morning. Riley. I had to give her the gift.
I got up and raced to get ready and I was out the door in 10 minutes. I sprinted to school and I saw her. Her lips pressed against someone else's. I felt the gift fall through my hands. I looked down. My perfect gift. A heart neckless that said;

I ran home. When I got there I say in my room and cried.

All I could think about was her. I had spent the day in my room. Then after she got out of school she texted me.
PDS😍: Lucas what happened? Please come over. You know my address right?
I scowl of course I know her address, and that's besides the point. I decided to go anyways.
And I remember that fight 2:30 pm.
I was at Riley's house. I knocked on her window.
"Lucas!" She screamed.
"Save it Riley!" I said.
"Lucas, what's wrong." She said, tears in her eyes.
"What's wrong Riley? You lip-locking with another guy! What's wrong is I fell in love with you! Ok, I remember falling for you by the water, I remember the careless man's careful daughter! Riley I fell for that! Now I'm broken!" I screamed.
"Lucas I didn't mean to he-" She starts, tears in her eyes.
"Save it Riley, I've heard it a million times? Why do you think I was a player at my old school? " I scream cutting her off.
"Lucas! Let me explain!" She screams.
"Explain what Riley?!? That you just lead me on!" I scream, tears in my eyes.
"Loving you is Red!" She screams. I'm taken aback.
"What's that supposed to mean!" I scream,
"It means it's hard." She says softly.
Tell myself it's time now, gotta let go.
"What would losing me be?" I ask, still angrily.
"Blue, which is terrible and loving you dark gray, all alone, trying to solve a crossword puzzle and realizing there's no right answer. "She says, tears streaming down her face.
"Riley that's what love is!" I scream.
"It's different with you! Ok Lucas! One minute, your superman and the next your isolation me! Lucas I feel like I'm on the outside looking in! I'm invisible! Ok Lucas! I would give it all up to be a part of this a part of you! " She screams.
"I'm just a stupid girl, I'm not a princess, your not gonna sweep me off my feet." She whispers.
"Riley! Stop! Ok! I love you! There I said it. But love isn't easy ok! you can't do go and do that! Well, I can't get my heartbroken again." I say.
"Lucas! It's fine! I'll just kill myself just like you and everyone else wants!" She screams, tears falling down her face. I looked at her and I realized what I had done.
