Chloe was exhausted. She spent the whole day studying for her finals. She has seen nothing but black letters on white pages for the last 2 weeks. She was stressing out like never before. She decided when she finally got a break, to call Panda's phone.
"Hello?", Panda answered.
" Hey, Panda", Chloe answered cheerfully. "It's so good to hear your voice"
"Why, what's wrong?", Panda asked with concern in his voice.
" Oh, Panda. I really just needed someone to talk to. I've been studying so hard for finals. We don't know exactly what's on each final, so that makes it all the more scary"
"Well, I know you can do it, Chloe. I believe in you. If anyone can do it, you can", Panda encouraged.
" Well, I've said everything I've done lately. So what's been going on with you guys?", Chloe asked.
"Um, well... you see...."
Panda began to explain how he and Ice Bear eventually fell in love, all the dates and the kisses. It was accompanied with Chloe's giggling and "awww's". Then he began to explain about Grizz, his obsessions, his craze and how he tortured Ice Bear and how he was stabbed. That, was accompanied with Chloe's gasps and sniffing. He told Chloe how Grizz was currently in the hospital along with Ice Bear.
There was a short silence from both sides.
" So, for the last two days I've been alone here at night", Panda sighed. "They said Ice Bear will be able to come home in two days", Panda said. " But, Grizz.........I don't know"
".....Well, I'm really sorry. And tell me when both come back home", Chloe asked.
" I will. Thanks, Chloe. I really needed someone to talk to. Thanks for listening ", Panda whispered.
" Thanks, Panda for giving me support", Chloe said. "I've got to go"
"Okay, Chloe, bye", Panda said hanging up.
