"Natsu! Behind you!" Lucy shouted at a distance and as Natsu turned around, he was met by a fist. It landed directly on his jaw that made him fly.

Blood dripped at the corner of his mouth due to the blow. He crouched, panting heavily. His legs are giving up, and his hand gripped tightly on his knee.

Lucy watched his partner crouched down and breathing hard. She looked at the unconscious Happy, lying down on a rock beside her. She bit the inside of her cheek to prevent a sob coming out. She glared at the man.

The man looked at Lucy with those red eyes, as if noticing her glare. He smirked "Well, hello there."

"Don't you dare." Natsu muttered, loud enough for everyone to hear.

The man pointed at Lucy and an orb of light was suddenly made at the point of his finger. He chanted a spell and just like a gun "Bang."

It shot her on the forehead, Lucy fell.

The man smirked in satisfaction.

When he turned around, he was greeted by a blow on the stomach. He gasped, and then Natsu kicked him on the side, sending him falling to his knees.

When he looked up, he flinched. Natsu glared at him with those onyx eyes, his glare so intense it made him flinch. His fist was coated with fire.

"What the fuck did you do to Lucy?!" He shouted, and as the man stood up, he was already in front of him, ready to give a man what he deserves.

He punched his stomach, making him cough out blood "Iron fist of the fire dragon!"

Natsu connected his fist with the man's face, and he was thrown back with such great force, he fell down.

Natsu stood before him "What the fuck did you do to Lucy?"

He chuckled, "You'll know soon, Salamander." And just like that, he vanished, leaving an enraged Natsu.

"Natsu??" He heard Lucy and he immediately ran towards her "Lucy!"

"Natsu? Where are you?" She extended her arms forward, wanting to touch his face.

Natsu looked at her confused, "What are you saying? I'm right behind you."

When she spun around, Natsu got a good look of her eyes.

His eyes widen and he felt his heart drop, her eyes were no longer the intoxicating chocolate brown orbs he keeps admiring everyday, its now pale. It lost all its color and is now white as paper. "I-I can't see you, Natsu." She sobbed, extending her arms forward, trying to reach something. Just something.

Natsu moved forward, letting her hands cup the side of his face. Lucy flinched at the sudden contact, and immediately used her other hand to cup the other side of his face, "Natsu?"

Natsu felt the urge to cry, he chocked back a sob and he placed his both his hands at the top of Lucy's "I'm here, Luce."

When Natsu, Lucy and Happy arrived at the guild. Natsu had Lucy's arm sling on his shoulders and Happy was on Natsu's head, unconscious. They were greeted with smiles and comments. Completely oblivious about the fact that one of their guild mates is blind.

"What took you so long, Flamebrain?" Gray smirked, but the smirk soon dropped when he saw Lucy's eyes

"What happened to your eyes, Lucy?" Erza questioned, and Lucy whipped her head from side to side. "Erza?" She extended one of her arms forward, not knowing Erza is just beside her.
