As Haise completely disappeared from my vision, I let out my tears as I began to feel frustrated at this chaotic outcome. I put my hands over my face, my hands shivering as I sobbed.

I bit my lower lip to prevent any frustrated screams and invite more enemy to come.

Damn it..! I won't be able to live with him and our sons anymore..!

"There she is! It's the Rose Apple!" A Ghoul said as they spotted me standing all alone.

Hearing my pursuers voice, I knew it was my signal to flip my switch. I wiped my tears away and let my strength control me to fight.

As they come closer, I put out the knife which was given by my father and removed it from its sheathe. Demon's Bane.. It's been a while since I used this..

I held a tight grip onto weapon and turned my switch on.

In a blink on an eye, they started aiming for me, unleashing out their kagunes and trying to kill me. But, I easily dodged them, closed my distance to them to get a good swing of my blade and gave them a fatal blow by just slashing their carotid arteries on their necks.

Glad that this knife has a poison that is really deadly against Ghouls. Just one slash and you're dead.

As I sensed their bloodlust, more Ghouls came towards me but, I effortlessly dodge by swinging side to side and quickly slashed their vital spots as I began to recall all of the sensitive veins and spots of a human and Ghoul's body.

I may be an ex-assassin but, I still haven't gotten rusty after all that. And my body feels light because I've just given birth. However, it's slowly building up my exhaustion which is still my disadvantage..

I felt my heart racing as my demand for oxygen is steadily increasing.

"Argh! She's too strong!"

"This is why, she's one of Aogiri's higher-ups!"

Seeing them come into a halt to reorganize their minds to come up with a new approach, I let out a confident laugh to intimidate them and distract them.

"Sorry but, I'm not letting you have your way with me that easily." I said as I pointed my knife intimidatingly at them whilst looking at them from the corner of my eyes and flash an evil smirk.

I leaped forwards, aiming my dagger to the Ghoul in front of me. Let's say, Ghoul# 1.

He released his tail-like kagune at me and swung it horizontally but, I ducked down and slashed his abdomen by swinging my right arm to the left, then using the momentum, I spun around gave him a gave him a roundhouse kick.

Next, Ghoul# 2 lashed his blade-like kagune coming from his shoulders. I raised my hands and let my knife clash with his kagune to block him. Then, Ghoul# 3 took the chance to attack me with his tail while I was occupied.
