"I...I.-" I stammered. he began to give me a cold glare until he realized who I was? No that couldn't be it. He kind of smiled and handed me one book, after crouching beside me.
"Names Dante." His smirk never faded. I noted his sharp jawline and abbs peeking through his white V-neck.
Typical, I mentally scoffed, but returned to my normal self when I spoke again.
"Uh-o-okay." I stuttered.
"So she talks." He gave me a smile, whilst his green eyes twinkling. I looked away while people in the background watched the scene and saw it as funny, funny while I only saw it as sarcastic, funny.
I partially smiled while dashing off to my next class. people were probably coming up with a nickname for me.
Probably something like Nerdy Emi.(which I would hate because it reminds me of Riley)
By the time last period rolled around, I'd had 3 classes with this Dante dude.
He'd try to get my attention every time, with my response nothing.
Was this the hottie everyone was talking about?

I just finished changing for PE and my "number" was right next to a girl named Samantha Censon and a guy named Beckett Corey.
I groaned after doing twenty jumping jacks, knowing we were having to do more exercises in a few seconds, when I heard a chuckle from next to me.
I looked to the right of my "touch your toes" exercise and furrowed my eyebrows at... Beckett.
Which made him look away and chuckle more- "Teams!" Screeched the PE teacher Ms.Terrie. I flinched as most students found their groups.
"Stop! I didn't say you were choosing yourselves! One lap! All of you!" She demanded.
We all groaned in unison.
At least it was one. I jogged slowly and lonely, but I was used to it.
"You should see her when she's mad." Samantha laughs keeping my pace.
I smile. Not intending to be more welcoming than I am.
I mean, I'm on the power puff girls bad side already, I can't afford being mean to anyone or risk embarrassing those people as well as myself.
"I'll pair you up with your neighboring number." The PE teacher decided.
We smiled at each other.
Damnit, I was being to friendly. Maybe this school is different from my old school. I'll have to find out .
"Betton, Butler."
"Carson, Censon." My mouth dropped.
"Class, Corey." Then I tuned out.
I looked to my left and there he was, looking bored.
"To the center with your partner!" She belted.
Okay, woman we heard you, I smiled at myself.
I glanced over at Beckett who had a glum look on.
This must be what he always looks like: bored.
I mean besides when he chuckled earlier.
But that was before the totureous run.
Currently we were sitting in the middle of the gym while Ms.Terrie explains the rules to the most cliché game I've ever heard: dogeball.
