"Bora has changed a lot now" said Sanha while we were walking home after extra classes at school.

"What do you mean?"

"Well, she's more natural now. She used to be over sensitive and sometimes really childish but she's more mature and... Natural" he said.

I remained silent and looked at my feet as we walked. I felt so pathetic to wish that Bora wouldn't talk to him anymore.

"I like her better this way" he said which made me bitter.

"Oh she's here?" he asked pointing outside his house and sure enough, Bora was there.

Sanha ran leaving me behind and went to his front gate and opened it for her.

Talk about ditching.

Once I reached my gate, I turned to see them.

"Can you help me with English?" she asked him.

"Wasn't Iseul supposed to help you with that?" he asked, looking at me.

"Yeah I-"

"No she has History Homework" interrupted Bora.

"If that's the case then I'd be happy to help" said Sanha.

"Bye Iseul. See you tomorrow" he smiled and waved. I waved back and them and rushed inside.

"I'm Home" I screamed before going inside my room.

I took a shower and changed into comfortable clothes.

"I like her better this way"

What Sanha said replayed in my head as I brushed my teeth.
Which made me brush hard enough for my gums to bleed.

Flinching at the pain, I drew the curtains of my room window which faces Sanha's window.

The curtains were closed but I could see their vague reflection.

Sanha's desk faces the window as does mine and we used to talk to each other at nights we couldn't sleep before using signs.

I smiled when I thought of it. It was nice at that time because I had no feelings for him back then.

I came back to the present and looked at his window

I could see their shadows closer than I'd prefer. They seemed to be laughing and having fun too.

It's getting late. She could just study tomorrow. And I even told her I'll help.
What is she even going to learn from Sanha?

I help him pass in English anyway so they'll both and up coming to me for help.

And I'll deliberately make myself busy when they do. -.-

Suddenly my phone buzzed.

Cha Eunwoo: What is my lunch money doing?

I'm not in the mood for this. I chose to ignore his text.

Cha Eunwoo: You're reading and not replying?

Cha Eunwoo: But you still have to buy me lunch.

Cha Eunwoo: Otherwise the fact that you like Sanha might accidentally slip outta my mouth.

Iseul: I WILL STILL BUY YOUR LUNCH SO SHUT UP JFC

Cha Eunwoo: So you replied.

Cha Eunwoo: Anyway what is Sanha doing? I called his phone 8 times he's not answering.

Iseul: He's teaching Bora  English

Cha Eunwoo: Ha he sucks at English himself what is he even teaching

Iseul: I don't know but he is

Cha Eunwoo: Amd are you jealous?

Iseul: WHAT

Cha Eunwoo: Are you jealous

Iseul: Are you kidding me? Bora is my best friend why would I be?  I'm happy for her

Cha Eunwoo: Happy for her? She likes Sanha?

Iseul: FORGET I EVER SAID THAT

Cha Eunwoo: *smirks*

Iseul: I'll buy your lunch this whole term so please

Cha Eunwoo: you've made a promise.

Cha Eunwoo: But you're still jealous tho

Iseul: Maybe a little

Cha Eunwoo: you can rant to me if you want. I'll listen

Cha Eunwoo: I'm being sincere not kidding

Iseul: Thanks

Eunwoo waited for Iseul to say something more but since he didn't receive any reply he threw his phone aside assuming she slept.

He sighed as he jumped on his bed and snuggled under the covers.

"But I'm not Sanha" was his final thought that day before he went to sleep

You all can kill me for making Eunwoo the second lead. I'll accept it with grace.

Why am I doing this to me ugh

Why do I feel like this isn't even about sanha anymore?
