Hex's P.O.V
A month later"Hex. There is a youth clone squad coming on board soon and I was wondering if you could keep an eye on them and teach them a few things." Said Anakin.
"What?" I asked.
"From what I saw you could do it would be nice if some of our troopers to be could, at least, have that skill," He said.
"So you want me to babysit," I said.
"No. Just keep your eyes on them," He said.
"Fine." I sighed. "But you owe me."
Later
I stood next to Anakin and Mace Windo who greeted them. I rolled my eyes under my mask as Anakin bragged about this being the best ship around.
"And this is Hex the bounty hunter who is helping the republic beat the Separatist," He said. I looked at them and gave a slight bow. Then a clone came up behind them saying that they were needed but I can show them around. Once they left I thought about what I can show them, and they decided that I can take them to see how good their aim is.
"Why do we have to go with the bounty hunter." I heard one of them whisper after a few seconds of walking.
"Well this bounty hunter has a name and she can take down a Jedi if need be," I said turning around.
"How could you take down a Jedi?" He asked. The clone who was in charge of them stopped and told him not to talk out of turn.
"It's ok. Skywalker did say that I should try to teach them a few things." I said brushing him off he sighed and nodded. I then turned to them and said "I can beat a Jedi in a few ways. One is with my skill I learned over the years. Two I can use my lightsaber..." I pulled out my lightsaber and light it up. Then I put it away before continuing "...Three I could just let them beat themselves."
"What do you mean beat them?" Asked one of the clones.
"What I mean by that is keep dodging their attacks," I said.
"How? Jedi's are fast and..." Began another one but I cut him off by saying "You can do it by out thinking them. Also, you should stop believing in rumors and wait until you experience it yourself."
"Who told you these things?" Asked the one who has been mostly silent, but I could tell that this one had a lot of things he was holding in. He had the eyes of someone who wanted revenge a look I know all to well.
"Well, I mostly learned this from the guy who trained me. But the last thing I learned from Jango Fett." I said and with that I turned and walked ahead of them leaving all of them speechless.
(A/N: Ok I am there is a scene but I don't know what it should be so I'll add it later. But I will write up the ending.) Later....
I saw the young clone point the gun at Mace Windo's head. His hands shook and I saw the look in his eyes, he was going to kill him.
"Stop!" I said standing up and taking a small step closer.
"Why?" He asked.
"Listen. I know he killed your father but if you kill him it will do nothing. That's the thing about vengeance it starts eating at you and if you kill him it will consume you. Once you kill him it will start you on a dark path, you need to trust me." I said looking at him.
"You don't know what you're talking about." He snapped.
"I do. I also watched my family be murdered by Jedi, honestly, I don't care if he dies. But I met your father, he was one of the greatest people I ever met and he would not want you to throw your life away." I said. Boba started to lower the gun slightly.
"Will it go away?" He asked.
"No, but it does get easier to live with. Time heals all wounds but it will still hurt, now put the gun down." I said.
"Why? There just going to lock me up." He said glancing at the Jedi.
"Maybe not. I know someone who can help you and no he's not a therapist. But you have great potential and he can turn you into a greater fighter than your father maybe. Also, he'll help you deal with that urge inside you if you like it or not. He just does." I said reaching my hand out. Boba looked at me in my blue eyes and he nodded slowly. He then placed the gun into my hands and lowered his shoulders that were tense. I then turned to Anakin and said "I'll be taking him to the person I mentioned. So don't try to stop me and if you don't let me back in I'll just leave and let you deal with Tirak by yourselves."
"See you in a week?" He asked.
"That will work." I said.
