Sam Guari is insane. Truly Insane.
Ever since the incident she's been quite and lonely I have been her only friend for the past few months. But I've thought long and hard about what Sam did. Yes I don't know why. The possibilities are endless. So I stopped talking to Sam for the past few days. Lately Abby has started acting mean.
Abby and I were very close but ever since she became popular we lost our friendship thinking she was to good to be my friend.
I walk the halls and stumble upon that new kid Storm. He has short light brunette hair and is average height with blue eyes. I decide to walk over and say hi.
"Hey I'm Jai." I say very awkwardly.
"Hey. Weren't you in my math class the other day?" He asks
"Yeah, so how do you like the school?" I ask
"Pretty good but not many people have talked to me." Storm replies with a sad tone.
"I gotta go." I say as I walk away.
I walk down the halls passing everyone and realize it looks like everyones angry about ISTEP but I can agree.Someone bumps into me and I barley fall. Almost like big bull hit me. I notice it was student principle Ian McEllen. He has short brunette hair and dark brown eyes and rules the academic side of the school basically. He's one of the smartest in out school. I walk by passing Sam crying. "Sam whats wrong?!" I asked concerned.
"Nothing...leave me alone." She says crying as she walks away.• • •
It's been three days and Sam hasn't been back at school. She hasn't answered my texts or calls. She like disappeared out of existence like the dinosaurs.
"Hey do you know Sam?" I walk over and ask Storm.
"Yeah we've talked a few times." Storm replies
"Have you seen her lately?"
"No she hasn't been here I think." He replied
I walk away and to lunch with my friends.
I meet up with Beth she has nice green eyes that are cat like with shorter brunette hair. We walk down the halls and end up to lunch but we pass the 'inner circle' passing like they rule the school.
"Wow Abby basically ditched us all last quarter when she became the new It Girl." June says with a snarky tone.
"True we haven't spoken since December."
They pass us and sit in there usual spot and we eat away.• • •
"Class start your warm up." Mr. Acson my ELA teacher says. I get out my blue Five Star writing journal and basic mechanical pencil and begin the warm up. We have to write some stupid argumentative paragraph to prepare us for the argumentative essay we are writing in a couple weeks.
"Hey Jai did you here what happened to Sam? It's pretty funny." I hear Abby say behind my laughing.
"What happened?!" I asked very concerned since Abby hates Sam.
"She got really sad or something because people are bullying her so she tried to run away at night but her family caught her and she's like stuck at home or something." Abby replied laughing loudly and obnoxiously.
"Oh I feel sorry for her."
"So how ya been? We haven't talked in awhile." She says
"Alright. How's the popular life?" I ask funnily
"Good but I don't consider myself popular that just sounds annoying." She replies laughing. But she truly does think she's all that and a bag of chips.
"Kids shhh!" Mr. Acson says with a loud tone. We stop talking and get back to work.I get a text from Sam that reads..."Hey Jai. Sorry I've been stuck at home sick. But you can come over tonight because I need to talk to you it's urgent." I reply once class ends and tell her I'll be over tonight.

It's now 6:45 and I tell my mom I'm walking over the Sam's since she lives only three minutes away. I trudged along the crack concrete sidewalk and look up to the nice bright blue sky, the white cottony, marshmallowy clouds, and of course gargantuan bright sun that looks like a big yellow ball I always toss to my dog.
I ring Sam's doorbell and she comes down to open it.
"Hey Jai come in! Go to the living room I gotta go get something from my room." Sam says as she runs upstairs.
"Okay!" I reply waking into the living room.
I plop on the couch and notice the basement door open and I've never been in there. I walk to the basement and walk into a small closet. I notice a table covered in small guns and blades. I freak out and try to run upstairs but it's to late I hear Sam whispering with someone. I trip and fall by trying to run back up but it's to late Sam is already on her way down to the basement. "Hello is anyone there?!"
