[Rileys pov]
It's the next day.
After Lucas kissed me I've been in a better mood. I don't know how but it's happy.
He always knew how to make me smile.
He's coming over today after school Farkle and I are very excited.
Oh and did I tell you?'Farkle moved in. He lives here now.
My parents have a rule now where I'm not allowed to go anywhere by myself. Farkle ore somebody else has to go with me.
Around Farkle I can be myself and do whatever I want.
I can wear muscle ts and short sleeves. I can not wear makeup and he still compliments me on how pretty I am that day. I can also be free to wear shorts. It's great.
I could never do that with Maya. She would tell me to stop faking it or if she would see it would tell me how bad I look. I don't need that.
I hear the doorbell ring and open the door up to Lucas.
He is there with my favorite coffee and a chocolate croissant.
He and Farkle actually try to help me get better. They bring me food if they know I'm not eating. Maya never did that.
Yet sometimes I miss her.
I give Lucas a smile, say thank you, and let him walk in.
We all just watch movies and talk until Peyton pulls me out of the room.
"Sooo what did you need?"
"I wanted to give you this ring"
He pulls out a beautiful Garnett ring.
"Lucas, i can't speak right now holy crap"
"This ring symbolizes our love and that someday, we will get married, have a child, and stay together forever"
"How did you afford this?"
"My mother gave it to me, it was passed down from my great grandmother"
"I don't deserve this"
"Oh, but you do"
He takes my hand and puts it on my ring finger.
"The perfect fit, for the perfect girl"
He smiles and I kiss him.
