A few days later, Kyungsoo invited Jongin over to his dorm to finish a project they were given in class. Kyungsoo offered his spare bed for Jongin to sleep in because it was past curfew and Jongin's place was too far from the school. Although they weren't yet sleepy, they lied down in the beds. They conversed about what usually came to their minds before bed.

"Have you ever thought that maybe we're part of someone's dream?" Kyungsoo asked him.

"Yeah! But then I get scared so I don't think about it too much. Do you believe in aliens?" Jongin asked, looking out the window from where he laid.

"Out of billions of galaxies, we can't be the only planet with living creatures. Maybe there isn't anyone else in this galaxy but there has to be on other galaxies." Kyungsoo answered, showing that he's given the idea real thought.

"What if other galaxies are alternate universes? Like maybe we're celebrities on some other galaxy." Jongin asked a question that's constantly on his mind.

"That would be really cool, actually. I wonder if that version of me has found themselves yet." Kyungsoo said, looking up at the ceiling.

"What do you mean?" Jongin turned on his side to face Kyungsoo.

"I don't know who I am yet. I don't know what I want to be, I don't know who I want to be and I'm afraid that I'll end up disappointing my parents." Kyungsoo confessed a secret he's never told anyone but himself.

"You still have loads of time to figure that out. If your parents really love you, they'll be proud of you no matter what." Jongin tried to comfort him.

"Are your parents proud of your decisions? I mean career wise." Kyungsoo looked at Jongin.

"They've always told me they don't care what I choose to do with my life as long as I'm happy." Jongin replied.

"What did they say when you told them you're gay?" Jongin looked him in the eyes to try and see what's on Kyungsoo's mind.

"They said they had a feeling I was and they admitted that they didn't want me to be like that but they still accepted me. Now they tell me that they never thought having a gay child would be the same as having a straight child like my brother." Jongin explained. Kyungsoo got up from his bed and walked over to him. Jongin sat up and raised an eyebrow.

"Can you kiss me?" Kyungsoo asked nervously.

"What?" Jongin was shocked at his friends unexpected question.

"I've been having these deep feelings towards you and there's only one way to find out if they're real." Kyungsoo explained.

"Are you sure?" He asked not wanting to make Kyungsoo feel pressured.

Kyungsoo nodded his head without hesitation. Jongin closed his eyes and Kyungsoo kept his eyes open wanting to see Jongin look flawless as he moved in closer. He felt his heart race faster as Jongin was millimeters away. Jongin softly pressed his lips against his. When Kyungsoo felt his friend's lips move against his, he closed his eyes. After a couple seconds he placed both of his hands on Jongin's cheeks and kissed back. Kyungsoo felt Jongin smile which caused him to smile too. When Kyungsoo pulled away, Jongin felt his cheeks heat up. Seeing him like that made Kyungsoo blush as well.

"So, I guess that answered your question." Jongin chuckled.

"Definitely." Kyungsoo smiled widely. That smile soon faded as he started thinking about Areum is his family. Suddenly tears rushed down his face.

"What's wrong?" Jongin asked.

"I can't tell anyone about this." He answered.

"Yes, you can. It'll be hard but you can do it."

"No, I can't. I have a girlfriend who loves me so much that she came to this school just because I did! My family will never accept me! I knew I shouldn't have done this!" Kyungsoo cried out. Jongin wrapped his arms around his upset friend and rubbed his back. Kyungsoo's head rested in the crook of Jongin's neck.

They stayed like that for several minutes. Kyungsoo lied down where he was sitting and dragged Jongin with him. He left his hand in Jongin's as he fell asleep. Jongin planted a kiss on Kyungsoo's forehead before falling asleep as well.
