Kyungsoo unlocked his door and walked in with Jongin following behind. Jongin looked around and saw how clean it was. He noticed the bed with no sheets or pillows.
"You don't have a roommate?" Jongin asked, taking a seat on the empty bed.
"Nope. It's really cool because I get more space and I don't have to be my bossy self." Kyungsoo organized the books and papers on the desk.
"Bossy?" Jongin raised his eyebrow.
"I like things done a certain way and I always have to keep my room clean or it kills me. I guess you can call me a neat freak." Kyungsoo chuckled, sitting down on his bed. He turned on the TV and laid back.
"So you're a guy who knows what he wants. I like that." Jongin grinned, facing the TV. Kyungsoo looked down and smiled widely as his cheeks warmed up slightly.
"For the most part." Kyungsoo scoffed.
"Meaning?" Jongin questioned. Kyungsoo shifted his eyes to Jongin.
"Well, I'm struggling with choosing a major." Kyungsoo rubbed the back of his neck.
"You'll figure it out soon. Don't worry about it now. I think as you take classes, you'll find out what you're most interested in." Jongin stated.
"I hope so." Kyungsoo said looking back at the TV.

At tryouts the coach split the students in two teams. Kyungsoo on the blue team and Jongin on the red. Everyone had to compete against each other so the coach can choose the best players. Everyone got in position. Kyungsoo and Jongin faced each other. They smirked at each other before the coach blew the whistle.
The blue team had the ball first so they kept on passing until it got to Kyungsoo. He ran as fast as he could but then saw Jongin in front of him. He was running towards him. Kyungsoo tried running away but there was a player from the red team on both sides. He slowed down and Jongin sped up. Kyungsoo started walking back and looked for someone else to pass it to but it was too late. He was already on the ground. He opened his eyes to see Jongin above him.
"Wow, you're really good at this." Kyungsoo told a smirking Jongin.
"Thanks." He chuckled and got on his feet. He held out his hand and Kyungsoo took it.
This time the red team had the ball. Kyungsoo redeemed himself when he tackled Jongin as soon as he had the ball. Even though he was on the ground, Jongin still had the same smirk.
"You're good but I'm better." Kyungsoo teased Jongin.
~
"You're amazing at football!" Jongin complimented as the two were leaving the locker room.
"Thank you. You're great too though!" Kyungsoo replied.
"Thanks but you're so much better. I think coach might make you captain." Jongin patted his back.
"No way! I messed up within the first five minutes!" He explained.
"You were probably just nervous. I think you redeemed yourself after that." He comforted his friend who, he believes, is in denial.
"Well thanks. So you're taking the bus back home?" Kyungsoo stopped in front of the bus stop. Jongin nodded.
"How about I give you a ride?"Kyungsoo offered.
"I don't want to be a bother." Jongin shook his head.
"You won't be a bother. I like talking to you." Kyungsoo didn't think twice about that statement so he wondered if that was a normal thing to say to a friend. From the smile on Jongin's face, he assumed it was fine.
"Alright. Where'd you park again?" Jongin asked ruffling his hair. Kyungsoo chuckled and lead him to the car.
