You are woken up by the sound of your phone.

Answer phone?

It was your friend f/n.

"Y/n?, are you okay down there? I haven't heard from you since you fell yesterday.."

"Yeah I'm fine.. Kinda sore from the fall.. But everything's good.."

"COOL! So what's it like down there?"

There's a knock on the door.

"Sorry f/n.. I gotta call you back.."

"Wait--"

You Hang up and decide to answer the door. It was Toriel.

"Good morning my child.. I have made you butterscotch cinnamon pie for you to eat for breakfast." Tori gives you a kind smile "thanks Toriel! I was getting kinda hungry.."

"Your welcome child. You may come to me if you need anything." Toriel starts to exit the room.

"Wait! Um.. Tori.."
Toriel peeks back through the door.

"Is there.. Maybe an exit to the ruins..? It's not that I don't enjoy you and Frisk's company.. But I plan on exploring a little more down here.."

Toriel looks at you dissapointed.
"Is that so..? You wish to explore outside of the ruins?"

You start to feel bad.. Tori was really kind.. And though it's only been a day, she's starting to feel like a mother to you.

"Yes, I'd like to explore.. I'm very curious about what's out there."

Tori chuckles. "You very much remind me of little Frisk.. Always wanting to explore the world.. What curious young ones you are.."

"Alright dear.. I will take you.. Come, I will guide you to the exit"

You follow Toriel down a long purple hallway leading to the exit.

"This is where we stop."

You hug Tori. " thank you.. For taking care of me.."

She hugs you back" your welcome my child.." Tori places a hand..eh...paw? On your shoulder. "Be safe on your journey.."

"I will."

You open the doors. A large gust of wind blows through. Lucky for you, you had a jacket. It wasn't a heavy one.. But it was better than nothing.. The cold never really bothered you anyway.. (Not referencing the song don't you dare say it!)

You start to walk through the snow..
You are really excited to see what the underground has in store for you.. But you are also nervous.. What if you actually DONT come back? You had to find out..

You start to feel like you're getting watched so you move faster.

You walk towards a large branch..

Step on it?
YES. <3NO

you decide not to step on it.. It could attract someone over to you.. Or something..

The branch you recently past has cracked behind you. You start to run.

"Stop right there.."

You freeze.

"It'd be rude not to say hello.. Don't you know how to greet a new pal"

You stay faced the other way.. To scared to look.

"Turn around and shake my hand..."

You turn around.
