Ch 6 . Haunted.

Sinead's POV.

The summer went by very quickly. I, Em and Rio are entering our school right now. Its the first day of 8th grade.

Rio was the Hot Topic. Everyone were staring at Rio and whispering to eachother. I could see the girls literally drooling. It made me jealous a lot. I feel like punching them. Many of them came forward and greeted him.

"Hey. What a SURPRISE!" Mike and Leo yell giving Rio one sided hugs.

Mike and leo are our friends at school. We dont hang out much out of school.

"Mike, Leo. How are you guys?" Rio asks them.

"We're good bro. Where were you? Just disappeared. Thats not what friends do. You had all of us sad and worried too. Emily and Sinead were devastated." Mike says a bit mad at Rio. Who wouldn't?

"Sorry. I was in London. It was an emergency. Dad needed us. He was stressed with work. There was too much work for him. So he left his job in Paris and flew to London. Mom realized he really needed us. So we left too. Now its easier. He stays 6 months in London and will spend the other 6 months with us here in Diamond Bar." Rio explains.

"Oh." we all four mumble.

The bell rings making us rush to our respective classrooms.

"Lets rock this day guys." Rio yells.

After we get done with school, I, Em and Rio decide to hangout at the park after an hour.

Mom picks us up today. We drop Em then Rio then finally reach home.

I have some snacks. Get fresh and watch TV for a while then leave to go the park.

I meet Rio, then Em and we walk to the park. We sit on the bench facing the fountain and make small talk.

We then decide to play hide and seek. I and Em go hide as Rio is the seeker. Em and I separate and I go to the extreme deep part of the park where one is covered completely.

I hide behind one of the bushes. I start getting bored coz I can hear the faint laughter of Rio and Em. He found her. I get off the ground and try peeping. They are not to be seen. But I see two men dressed in black coming my way.

They look horrible. One is with black long greasy hair and beard. His clothes look dirty. He looks as if he hasn't had a shower since long. He is very tall. He looks very scary. A kid would cry looking at him.

The other one looks less scary. He has a stubble and lip piercing. He has short black hair. His clothes look dirty too. He isn't that tall.

"What are you doing here?" the tall guy asks me.

"H.. Hhh. Hiding." I stutter. His voice is scary too.

They start walking to me. I am totally scared right now. The shorter guy grips my hand.

"Leave me alone." I scream. "Help Riord" I was cut off by his hand.

"You lil girl, just shut your mouth. It'll be easier for you and us too." the greasy man says.

I am crying. I am panicking. Are they going to kill me? Are they going to... Oh my God. Rape. They are gonna rape me. I think of an idea. I bite his palm really bad with all my strength.

"Ouch!" he screams pulling away his hand.

I spit his blood out of my mouth and scream HELP again trying to make a run. This time the greasy guy takes hold of me and covers my mouth.

"You stupid bitch shut up." the short guy scolds me cleaning his palm.

"Lower your voice Ken." greasy guy says to him.
