Chapter 12

Riker walks down to his parents room to talk with his mom . Stormie opens the door : what wrong riker ? Well I was wondering if Amy can stay with me in my room because we kinda watched a scary movie and now she's super scared . Awe poor thing . Mom I feel really bad . Well ok ill make an exception I trust you . I know you won't try any funny business . So how bad is she ? Well when I left her she was sitting on the bed holding a pillow to her chest and she's petrified . Aww well let me come with you to check on her .

Stormie and riker walk down by the girls room .

amy? ( amy looks up to see riker and stormie standing in the doorway ) mom came with me to check on you . are you feeling any better? ya kinda ..... (stormie walks over and sits on the bed )

amy sweetheart , are you ok? ya stormie I'm ok for now . I'm just gonna have a hard time sleeping . well amy if you want riker has told me you can stay with him and he will stay up with you . I trust you two so its ok with me , but do try to get some sleep . ok stormie .well goodnight I'm going back to my room . love you . ok night .

amy said goodnight to ashley and Rydel and headed down to rikers room . riker opens the door and they go in . amy goes in to the bathroom to put on her shorts. just as she did there was a knock on the door .

amy , sweetheart can I come in? ya , I was just changing . do you have mouthwash I can use? ya , I'll go grab it . thanks riker . here I got you a toothbrush , and you can barrow my toothpaste. thanks . ( amy looks at him and cracks a smile. riker comes up behind her and puts his arms around her and kisses her cheek ) I love you amy!

Amy turns around and snuggles in to his chest

I love you to riker . (Riker holds her tighter ) after a few minutes they brushed there teeth and both went to lay down on the bed . Amy got in bed and when she looked up riker was taking off his clothes down to his underwear .

(In Amy's head ) wow ! I can't believe that this handsome guy is mine . And I can't believe he just basically gave me a private strip tease ! Omg I'm gonna be sleeping next to him!!!!!! I just hope I can sleep and not keep him awake .

(In rikers head ) god , I feel so bad right now . This day was going so well and now her nights gonna be a nightmare . I really do love her . I don't wanna leave her tomorrow but I have to . She means the world to me . (He turns to look at her when her beautiful eyes sparkled back at him his knees got weak ) she looks so beautiful with her hair down . I wish this day wouldn't end .

Riker gets in bed next to Amy and they lay facing each other . He wisps back the hair covering her face and looks lovingly in to her hazel green eyes .he pulls her close and thinks to himself "ill keep you safe forever and always . "Amy drifted off to sleep and riker followed .

A few hours later

Riker is woken up by soft crying . Amy was laying next to him crying in her sleep he puts his arms around her and whispers in her ear " it's ok Amy I'm here . I love you and I won't let anything bad happen " he kisses her on her cheek and neck and wipes away her tears . Amy stopped crying and returned to her place in rikers chest and snuggled in and they both return back to sleep for the rest of the night ..
