Chapter 14

Riker's pov.

we made it down stairs and everyone was waiting for us . we were just a few minutes late but we honestly were in no rush . I looked over at amy who was smiling . she really is beautiful inside and out . I really am a lucky guy . just then mom snapped me out my deep thought of amy .

riker?! earth to riker! help them load the groceries please she said with a smile

sure thing mom . I kissed amy on the head and headed to help ross , rocky ,Ratliff, and Ryland carry out the food . I get back inside and grabbed a few bags .

hey riker what was that all about??

what are you talking about ross?

the fact mom was making faces and stuff to get your attention, and you just Stud there with this goofy smile on your face .

oh . I laughed

I was in deep thought about amy . that's all .

dude it was so freaking funny though. even amy started to laugh . rocky said

I blushed . hey what can I say I love her . I was just taking in all her beauty . I might be doing that all day though just as a fare warning .

its ok riker we understand. she is one hell of a girl . ryland smiled

Amy's pov

riker's face was priceless . omg! he is so flipping adorable . I said half out loud I laughed

so how did you sleep?

I snapped back to reality I was so deep in lala land I almost forgot about ashley .

hey ash ,I slept ok . I felt safe in riker's arms he's so warm .

well I'm glad your feeling ok cus me and Rydel were worried about you.

ya amy you seemed pretty out of it .

ya Rydel when we got in to his room I was still pretty stunned, that started to go away when your brother started to undress right in front of me .

what?! omg really! you guys didn't do anything did you?

Of course not ash!!

I think he's just not use to having girls sleep over lol . but hey I wasn't complaining either .

so what else happened? I know he's my brother but its just so flipping cute!

we laughed .

well after that I cuddled in to the blankets, he got in to bed and pulled me in close . with his arms around me made me feel safe . the last thing I remember is closing my eyes and falling asleep in his arms. .

my brothers a very sweet guy . a dork at times but hey we love'em .

ya he's a dork, my dork; I love him dearly . I do feel bad for keeping him up part of the night . I had a few nightmares . the zombies would just start to come after me and he was there to pull me back to safety .

you guys are really cute together . Rydel and ashley say together.

thanks guys . I gave them both a big hug . I turn around to see riker walking back with the last bags of food . the boys put it in the van and we all piled in to the van . of course I sat next to riker .

where to amy? stormie asked

so I gave her my address and she put it in to the GPS and we were on our way to my house .

so what did you guys talk about? he asked with a smile on his face .

well just about last night and how adorkable you are . and no I didnt tell them about this morning .

apparently I had said it to loud I had seven sets of eyes all on me . ross, rocky, Ratliff, ryland,Rydel ,ash and riker . riker kinda blushed and all there mouths were gaped open .

guys guys relax it was nothing bad it was just super funny . I'll tell you later .

your not mad at me are you sweetie?

no of course not amy . it was funny though . im just a little embarrassed thats all .

sorry riker . i blushed .

riker just smiled and pulled me close.

after about 10 minutes we stopped to have breakfast. we ordered and ate . we were having a blast . something i truly enjoyed we felt ...well like a family . there was no awkwardness of any sort . i felt at home . i smiled as we finished and got back on the road . i was so content with how i felt after breakfast i just snuggled in to riker and fell asleep .

Riker's pov ,

after getting breakfast amy seemed happy she glowed to be honest . a smile that went ear to ear . i just smiled not wanting to distract her from what happiness she had found just then . i was happy with her being happy . we got back in the van and started back on the journey to her house . i looked down as she snuggled in to me and went to sleep . she was still obviously tired from yesterday , we both were . i got comfy to we had a little over an hour till we arrived. i took one last look at amy she still had that smile on her face . i smiled and said i love you and slowly closed my eyes and went to sleep .
