The new girl

It was 11pm and all the kids were in bed. Mike was doing his work in the office when he heard a knock at the door. He could hear a man talking and a girl replying in a...scared sort of tone. He opened the door to find 3 young girls stood shivering in the pouring rain and a old nasty looking man behind them.

Mike: hello

The man: here, your a care home. You keep these filthy things

He pushed the three girls in through the door and rushed off before mike could say anything else. He turned to the girls which were on the floor still from where he pushed them down.

Girl 1: hello I'm Mia and this is my sisters Ariana and Katie. Katie is the youngest and I'm the oldest.

Mike: hello girls. So do you want to go have a bath and change into some pyjamas.

Ariana: but we don't have any pyjamas

Mia: and we've never had a bath. Not that I can remember

Katie: I don't want a bath.

Mike: well ill find you some out of the other kids draws and I'm afraid your going to have to have a bath.

Mia: NEVER

The 3 girls ran of down the stairs and into the kitchen. Mike followed running even faster and managed to grab hold of Katie. Mia ran to the door which of course was locked and Ariana just ran to the other side of the table.

Mike: calm down girls. Okay. We have a spare room so you all can sleep in there for tonight but this place might only be temporary.

Ariana: what does that mean.

Mia: we won't be here for long. They'll just keep moving us on and on.

Mike: ill show you to your room if you like.

The next morning

Johnny: who are they

Mia: they have a name

Tee: well we don't know them

Mia: I'm mia and...

Katie: and I'm Katie

Ariana: and im...

Mia: she's Ariana

Ariana: why do you always speak for us

Elektra: ooooo Carmen. One of them might be your room mate again.

Carmen: Elektra just shut up.

Gina: CARMEN

Carmen: Elektra started it

Gina: but I only heard you.

Mike: girls robs here. Can you come with me a minute.

As they walked out and up to the stairs mike introduced the girls to rob.

Rob: hello girls so shall we talk about your stay here.

Ariana: if we must.

Mike: through this way.

In the office

Rob: I'm really sorry to say this but I don't think your going to be able to stay together.

Ariana:....your splitting us up.

Katie: you can't do that.

Mia: please don't.

Mike: what you never said anything about this. You can't do that. Why can't we move Carmen into the single room and have the girls in the double room.
