Chap. 12: Not So Fast

I immediately broke the kiss.

Wendy pouted, "What's wrong?"

"You just...you kissed me." I said.

"And?"

"Why?"

"Why not?" She winked and leaned closer towards me.

"W-Wendy.."

"I wanted to." She whispered.

My heart throbbed.

I gulped, "I-"

Taehyung: HA! I got it all on camera ^-^!

Wendy giggled.

I groaned and covered my face, "Seriously?!"

This is completely unexpected. I don't like getting caught off guard.

Taehyung laughed.

Jungkook: Ok this is getting awkward, let's go Tae.

Taehyung: Kk. Use protection young people!

My eyes widen, "Can you not!"

Wendy: That won't be necessary.

Jungkook&Taehyung: O - o

We watched Taehyung and Jungkook go somewhere else.

I sighed.

She wrapped her arms around me and puckered her lips, I backed away and removed her off me.

She scoffed, "Do I smell or something?"

I met her gaze, "This can't be happening." I said.

"What? Why not? What's holding you back?"

James, that's what. I mean, sure I dreamed of this, but it's too soon.

"Jimin? Did you like it?" She mumbles.

I rolled my eyes and pulled her aside, I held her hand, "Wendy.." I began.

She smiled, "Yes~"

"Look, I like you. A LOT. That kiss was.." I blushed, "it was too good.." I whispered very lowly.

"What was that?" She teased.

However, that was my very first kiss. I never actually had a real girlfriend before so this is all new to me.

I always imagined my first kiss with Wendy, and it happened but surprisingly, I don't want it. I actually didn't like it. It felt wrong.

She frowned, "Speak to me. What's the problem?" She asked.

I looked at her, "Wendy...no offense but, I don't want to date you just yet."

Her eyes widen, "What? But-"

"I know you don't mean any bad intentions but it almost feels like I'm your rebound." I said.

"Rebound?" She retaliated, "No. No never!" She assured.

"It hasn't been a month since you've been single, I don't want to get hurt, and most definitely not end up hating you." I told her and let go of her hand.

She shook her head, "You don't have to worry, I would never hurt you-"

"Stop lying to yourself, Wendy." I said, "Please."

"But I like you..and you like me." She said, "Don't you?"

"Of course." I assured, "I just don't want to rush anything, being with you is my dream, but I want to work for it and.. well do it right. Ok?"
